I don't understand. Kermit and Piggy are definitely a couple. Why is that even a question? They were romantically involved in all of the major Muppet films, 2 of which they were playing "themselves".

You'd think that...

The reason this conversation was started was there was an article in the paper where Kermit denied it.

And I believe Kevin said that jhc did as well..

Sort of makes all of us long time observers confused, don't you think. Why isn't Kermit being honest with us? We're not stupid, we've been watching the relationship for over 25 years.

Kermit loves Piggy; he's just a typical guy! Like most of you have said, Piggy needs attention, and I'm sure behind the scenes, the Frog is more romantic, but business is business; and Kerm's got a lot to run, maybe how he "ignores" Piggy is his way of hoping to teach her there's a time and place for everything.
