Role Play: The 2004 Muppet Holiday Party!

Good morning everyone! Hope we all got a good night's sleep, I know I did.
Mmm, only a week till Christmas. Guess we'd better get busy where we're needed to make sure this party ends up being the best we can make it.
*Sets to start peeling duties in a spare sink in the kitchen. Mmm, I'll need some help, someone with sharp claws, and someone who's awake at this time of day.
Ah ha! Of course, I'll go get the peelers themselves to help me.
*Snaps fingers and peelers spring out to assist with peeling potatoes and chestnuts. OK guys, let's get to work.

*out of character*I love my cat Sascha,she's 4 years old this week.She's small,she headbutts,fetches & has such a personality.

Morning Count,brunch time,gonna make some tuna on toast and a side of broc. with cheese;then back to baking in the kitchen.

Good morning, all! I...I smell...I smell...CAT COMPLIMENTS!? What's been going on here, anyways? I fall asleep for a few hours and suddenly everyone becomes cat lovers?? I thought I dreamt someone saying "Cats rule and dogs drool" but now I'm not so sure it was a dream. I think I'll just go to my room and wrap presents, that always makes me feel better.

Back from Town

*looks around to see if Piggy is around. Quickly exits to my room with a small package and returns to the main room.

Hmmm.....Cat compliments. Well I like cats as much as the next frog but I'll take a dog anyday.

Ha, good day's work almost done.
1 Potatoes peeled and eggs fried for Spanish omelettes.
2 Chestnuts boiled, peeled, and added to stuffing which is already cooking on the stove. Different processes to make my family's home-made stuffing, but it's worth it and oh so delicious.
3 The blood sausages are cooking in the oven, along with a few pieces of skewering beef for the party.

4 Put a fresh pot of hot chocolate to brew and I'm making some more strawberry eggnog to hopefully cheer up Rowlf.
5 Went to the store and got some wrapping paper, then again I realized there was plenty of wrapping paper left here so I got some little black ribbons instead.
6 Got a package in the mail, one of the presents I ordered for myself. Will probably cheer up the bats, since it's a present for them as well.
7 Also got the shopping done for my friends, I think/hope they'll like the gifts I got them.
8 Wrapped up all the presents with lovely gingerbread men paper and added the black bows before placing the gifts under the tree. Remember, when it comes time to opening them, the ones with the black bows are from me to you guys.
9 Restocked the candy bowl with some yummy chocolate candies and candy canes, as well as afixing a small white plastic 9 to the bowl.
Hope everyone's doing fine, and come to the party this coming week. We'll have a grand old time!

Wow,you sure have had a busy day Count. Speaking of wrapping,I still need to wrap all of my presents up.Thanks for the reminder.

Well, at least it's work that I've enjoyed. Gives me something to look forward to amongst the bleak college drag.
Might not be here tomorrow, then again I might pop in from time to time to check up on the cooking.
If you want some, there are chocolate candies and minty candy canes in the bowl on the parlor table Janice. Can't miss it, it's the one with a big number 9.

Where is that frog of mine? I haven't seen him all day! This needs to go on the tree.
