Oscar's story, though he's off in the Arizona junkyards, so I don't know how feasible that'd be at this moment.
Ernie comes back and tells his story... Or we see Ernie by himself at the fishing site and he reminisces back to his own story.
Other than that, I'd suggest you go with some of the other Sesame characters like Betty Lou, Guy Smiley, Sherlock Hemlock, Biff and Sully, The Amazing Mumford, Barkley, Grundgetta, Countess Dahling von Dahling, Baby Bear, Abby Cadaby, etc.
Hope this helps undo the current creator's block for you.
