I'll continue to pray for him Vic. I hope things turn out for the best especially at this time of the year.

Very very sad...

Very sad about the girl. But, there are traffic laws for a reason...to prevent things like this from happening. Your friend did nothing wrong.

I'll be praying for both her and your friend.

I'm really sorry all this is happening to your friend. I just pray The Lord will work everything out in the end and help you all move on in life.

In the Name of Jesus. AMEN!

Okay; so here's the update:
Tim pleaded "Guilty" to the charge that his vehicle was unsafe, EVEN THOUGH it passed inspection one month earlier!!! He did this so that now if and most likely when the family of the girl sues him (or rather his insurance company) the issue of the truck can no longer be brought up, thusly he can't be tried criminally nor due jail time. For now, what's done is done and my buddy just wants to breath for a while until he's certain what the family is going to do. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers.

Jeez, poor guy...I hate to see him plead "guilty" to anything, but at least hopefully this will make things easier on him.

We'll still be thinkin' about and prayin' for him...
