It really does depend on how high you are, you're right. But like, when the second piggy falls, the camera shot goes out a bit, and I thought it did look like they were awfully high up. But that could definitely depend on each person's individual perspective when they're watching the sketch...
Well we already talked awhile ago about how the painted mountains in the background scenery help to create the illusion of a great height in the first place.
But being Muppets they could have very well really lived. Even avoided serious injury. Just stood up, brushed themselves off. used a bicycle pump to put their leader buddy back into shape after he'd been pancaked by the boulders and walked away. Just like cartoons such as Wile E. Coyote.
Exactly. But since height came up, I guess I just thought about that, hehe.
Lol... a bicycle pump! I love that, Marty! And what a wonderful use for it, too! And of course, we sure know that our crazy Muppets can do anything in the world they'd like to do!
I bet the goat found it very amusing as well as gleefully entertaining to hear them say it in any way.
His evil sense of humour no doubt would have found the thought of the pigs watching their step not knowing what he was planning to do really hilarious.
Oh, absolutely. I can imagine how much fun that evil little goat was having and how entertaining he found it all! Not to mention (oh, but I guess I will mention it... ) at the end, with his laugh and his little goat-y smile, it sure seemed like he and (probably) his goat friends were having a great time!
