And what do you mean by "for the time being?"
I mean that, after yesterday, there is no more SSU listed on their schedule, on any currently listed day. And the schedule goes until the end of June.

Exactly how far does the schedule extend to? Both of the ones I tried only go for 2 weeks. I tried Zap2it, and AOL TV listings, and according to both of them, all of Cable In The Classroom is gone for the time being. But I actually went on to the CITC website, and it said something a little bit different.

The schedule extends to the end of June. No SSU is listed on the schedule from now until then.

See. :frown: I think it's pretty much gone forever. (sniff sniff) I will never be able to live without it. I'm just gonna die along with it. (bawls)

But the Classic Sesame Street DVD collection has 339 signatures on it, and keeps getting more and more, so that's something to hope for.

Ah, so that's what happened with Cable in the Classroom this morning. Well, I can confirm that SSU was indeed aired on Noggin earlier today May 26, 2003, Memorial Day at 5:00 AM EST. In fact, it was a landmark episode that I think JeffreyGrey will be glad to have videotaped if he did do so. The SSU episode that aired earlier today was the "Heat Wave" episode where all the grown-ups go to Hooper's Store with the windows closed up and the air conditioner at full pitch, leaving Oscar all alone on the street until they come back out to listen to his yucchy sounds. But it's even more of a landmark episode due to the second half where Big Bird and Snuffy have a race on Sesame judged by Mr. Rogers himself, who then comes back for the ending in Big Bird's nest for a chat about the differences between pretending and reality triggered in Big B's mind after Snuffy said that Bird had a great imagination imagining that Mr. Rogers judged their race. Hope this helps and have a good day.
Well, what are the sponsors of the "Heat Wave" episode?

I know about the number 12. I don't know the letters, and I will never know.

Jeffrey beat me to it, but yes the sponsors for this episode were the letters H and K and the number 12. BTW: Is it just me or did the sponsor letters appear in alphabetical order when it came time to say time at the end of the episodes? Well hope this helps.

I think they did. It's funny nobody ever asked.

I think it's a shame that Noggin is trashing the "Retro" aspect of their show.

I mean, in my opinion, the only reason to watch Noggin was for The Electric Company and old SS.
