I read the plot and it sounds different from any other SS movie or special. It sounded a little bit like Stars and Street Forever with the idea of the muppets being expelled from their neighborhood and an "evil" mayor being after the street

Apparently they were meant to begin filming in April so i don't know if that has been delayed
