I think that Nemo has a lot more adult humor that goes over many people's heads. There are a ton of plays on other famous movies (Jaws, The Shining, etc.). I think that's lost on adults who haven't seen the films. There is also a lot of word play that goes over younger people's heads. Much more adult humor in Nemo over Monsters, its just that the jokes play on different levels.

Bruce the shark seems like he would have been a big main character like how Scar is to the lion King. They have a BIG plastic display of Marin/Dory and Bruce and Bruce is HUGE! I remember they had a nice one for MonstersInc.
also I think there were a few unfinshed things in Nemo, I mean the pelican after droping Marlin and Dory off says "I'm truly sorry" then flys away and that's it for him. Then all the "tank fish" are left in bags in the sea, although THAT was very funny, but there just sitting ducks there.which IS the joke, but still.

I hate to say it but I didn't stay for the whole credits, I ALWAYS like to but when i'm out with friends or family they rush right out of the theather to go to the bathroom, while I drag my feet out, LOL! i think the only thing i saw up to was the little yellow scuba man! LOL! I will see it again thought.
Two questions Zack.

First, what plastic display? I've not seen one and I'd love to see it. Is this like the figures of Mike and Sully that Toys R Us had last year?

Secondly, stick around thru the credits, you'll see a lot of the unresolved issues you were talking about wrapped up.

Yes Nate it is like a big display and now that I think of it I did just recently see the monsterInc display at ToysRus, The Nemo one has a very Tiny Dory and Marlin and a huge Bruce! so it's life like! This they had at the movie theater, they had the MonstersInc one as well when that movie first came out.

and secondly that was not a question:wink: I figured there would be more at the during the credits, but like I said my friend and my brother were already out the door. well pretty soon when I'm driving everyone to the movies, my car goes NOWHERE till i'm ready to leave;-) I was plaing on seeing it again, they gotta do the "bloopers" so i think i'll wait till those come out. :zany:

I'm betting they don't do bloopers this go round.

Maybe on the DVD, but they've gone to that well too many times.

No bloopers this time? Hmm. I'm thinking that's actually better with the type of story it is. The three they did have the bloopers on seemed much more fitting, but, even before I kenw much about Nemo, it didn't seem like they would put bloopers at the end for some reason.

Jason Isaacs said in a phone interview from Australia, where he's filming a live-action Peter Pan (playing Captain Hook and Mr. Darling).

I found this in an article I was looking at about the cat in the hat, has any one heard of this live action peter pan?

Weird, since they already pretty much did that with Hook. Granted that wasn't the straight Peter Pan story but I wouldn't think they'd do it all over again!

Hook was a stupid movie about a mna who couldn't use a cell phone. Peter Pan is about how frightening growing up is. (That is an almost correct quote by one of the actors)

Nate-

There's a plastic display of the characters at the theater by my apartment. There's a big plastic model bruce and some other characters too. I remember they had an MFS one there too years ago. Wasn't plastic, but it was massive with all the characters - Bunsen, Clifford, everybody. Someone eventually ripped pepe off of it and took him away. I was very upset. :frown:

I hope they do well with it. I really like pirate stories, and, Peter Pan is a really good book. It'll be interesting to see what they do with it, especially considering they've already done Hook.

Well, if this isn't just the stupidest thing ever:

From Disney: Sneak Peeks
You'll go ape for this movie preview: it's George Of The Jungle 2, swinging onto DVD and Video October 21.

Oh, dear Lord! Michael Eisner, Disney in general, has got to get a life!
