Yeah, I know what you mean, ryhoyarbie. Honestly, I've never even watched an episode of The Simpsons before. But what I saw in the preview for the movie looked pretty odd, haha. And kinda fun!

I don't know--I trust that the people behind The Simpsons know what a challenge it is to tell a fresh story in a movie, especially after almost 400 episodes. I don't think they would do it if it weren't going to be funny.

I will see it opening weekend. I hope that maybe it will be an opportunity to have the Simpsons live on after the series goes off the air. They could make many movies.

Here's a random subject change...has anyone seen Meg Ryan in any new movies recently? She seems to have just dropped off the map lately.

Check out imdb.com and do a search on Meg Ryan. I think she has a few movies in the works.

But she's like Demi Moore. Both aren't really making anything anymore, although Demi Moore made headlines by dating Ashton Kutcher and then marrying him. Could have been a huge public relations move to get her back into people's eyes.
