On the other hand, some sequels are better than the first films. I guess not in the case of Dino-eats-human-amist-screaming type films, but films of deep characters (i.e. X-men) can have amazing sequels. Just worried about the third film since drector Bryon Singer has gone to make Superman (Which means we'll get a darn good Super man) but he's taken Cyclops (scott) with him, and maybe Jean Grey (who assumedly would have been Phoenix in the third film) with him too.
Jurassic Park 4?   (one for each saga of Jurassic Park!) Haven't they done it to death yet.

Well, Fantastic Four is going to be directed by the same guy who directed Taxi last year with Jimmy Fallon and Queen Latifah. That might be an indication the movie will be bad. I'm just guessing on that since I heard Taxi was really bad.

Thanks! :embarrassed: :smirk: I finally figured out how to get one [I'm a bit slow on the upkeep!] And in response to the "sequels" discussion we've got going on, a lot of my fave movies are sequels; Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, Red White and Blonde, Toy Story 2, Shrek 2, Hunchback of Notre Dame 2 [OK, it was very blasphemous to the novel- but so what], Return To Oz. And that's about it!

Didja y'know open water is based on a true story?
Oui! How amazingly brave must those people have to be? My god!! Am literally on the edge of my seat for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I can see it well replacing The Magic Roundabout in my list of obsessions. I adore the book/s (if you include the Great Glass Elevator which I hope isnt neglected in the new flick!) and the original with Gene Wilder is OK [Oompa Loompas dont affect me until they sing!!] And Oz!! I am so excited for MWoO its unbelievable. Saw the Hephalump movie yesterday and absolutely adored it!!

Robots is not on my list of movies to see, especially since Sin City is due out soon. If the movie is as good as the trailer makes it out to be (which it should be with that director and cast) I will be at the theater a lot. I'm still looking forward to Madagascar, Batman Begins and Fantastic Four.

I've recently bought my copy of The Incredibles and I still think it's awesome. I love the short Jack-Jack Attack, though. Very funny stuff. Sideways is due out April 5 (despite that it still has several showings at my local AMC) and I will definitely be first in line to buy it. I read that the jerk in that movie (the awesome Thomas Hayden Church) is signed on to play the bad guy in the next Spider Man movie. Speculation is that he will be Sandman. I'm already tingling in my boots!

How do they know it's a true story? According to my friend who's seen it (I havn't) but according to him there's kind'a not much opertunity for the true story to be told if you know what I mean.

What's the truth of the story? Two people got left behind by a boat in a sea with sharks?

And, Oooooh-yeahhhh (also shivering in my boots praying it'll be good) is HHGTTG which will be coming out in England next month. Can't waaaaaait!
