That is a thing BBTS often charges a slightly higher price than ordering directly from NECA but the much cheaper $6 flat rate shipping makes up for it especially if you combine it with the Pile of Loot and get several items shipped together.

Conversely Entertainment Earth sometimes (like here with Kermit/Bob) charges less but then shipping brings the price back up unless you order enough to get the total over $79 and then it's free shipping. Usually I can't find enough at once to get it there, but this time I did by pre-ordering The Xmas set along with Oscar and Big Bird (who is also $10 cheaper from them). The cool part is even though Big Bird will arrive and ship separately months earlier as long as it's all ordered together it all ships free no matter how many separate packages ship.

While that would be amazing, i don't see it happening although i'd love to be proven wrong cause getting a regular Kermit out first would make sense but i still think they're tinkering away on those figures, however the IG post is still up. I think it was removed the first time around cause someone posted it too early but the second version of the post is still there.

I have been wondering however if we might see these figures again at D23 & maybe there we might see something new. I wouldn't put it past Disney to tell them not to reveal anything at Comic Con because their con is a few weeks after
Good point about D23. I totally forgot about it. Are there D23 exclusives? Is there any chance the next NECA Sesame Street figure (volume 6, potentially Elmo) could be sold there? That lines up a little bit better with the "couple of weeks" Trevor said in Veebs' video on when volume 6 questions may be answered. With Sesame Street characters showing up at the World Cup halftime show with Muppet Show characters, I wonder if Disney has some deal with Children's Workshop. Now I'm hoping all three figures come out in mid-August instead of this fall.

Hmm I don’t see that happening. I can’t see Disney allowing them to sell an exclusive of characters they don’t own at their show UNLESS & it’s a big what if, the figure is Sesame Street News Kermit but I would be amazed if that figure happened this early or at all to be honest.

Usually i order from BBTS because they have more products in stock and better customer service and their Pile of Loot feature is nice. Also EE sometimes doesn’t get pre-orders in stock even after I’ve preordered the product and it’s available elsewhere.

The $15 price difference on Christmas Carol Kermit still puzzles me. i wonder if EE priced it wrong. Mahna Mahna and the Snowths are now up for preorder and they have only a $2 price difference between the 2 retailers

Yep, I prefer to shop from BBTS as well because of how super quick the products arrive at my home here in PR after getting the email message with the tracking number stating "product has shipped".

Got all the Muppet/Sesame/Fraggle figures added to my wishlist, Mahna Mahna 3-pack is now listed at $61.99 on BBTS, two dollars more expensive than any other figure. Will definitively order and add them when released though:

EE definitely priced it incorrectly. They priced it as a single pack and NECA's MSRP is more like a one and a half pack.

BBTS is good, but I just don't like the high price points.

I miss Dorkside Toys. They were my go to for awhile but they took a bad turn and went under.

Does anyone know why the NECA Gonzo/Camilla 2-pack isn't available on eithe BBTS or EE? It's also kind of weird that on NECA's site, there are no pictures of the figures, just a Muppet Show logo to click on to add it to your cart. I was hoping EE would have it so I could put all three Muppets orders in one cart to get free shipping.

Hi Greencat66. It was mentioned that the upcoming Gonzo and Piggy figures were still undergoing sculpting/tooling that needed to be approved, so the images of those specific figures weren't posted on any sites if I remember correctly from the walkthrough videos posted over in the Sesame Street figures thread. Hope this helps.

With speculation that Elmo will be a fall Haulathon release, I have a wild speculation that Kermit and Fozzie will also be fall Haulathon releases. I'm making this guess based on NECA likely wanting the line to start with regular characters and not Christmas Carol variants, as well as the fact that NECA removed their IG post that had Kermit, Fozzie, and Gonzo's hands. I think they realized they couldn't show fall Haulathon figures in that post. Kermit and Fozzie are clearly two of the most popular characters and good starting point for the line, especially considering the Palisades figures could use updates.

That would be interesting but two Kermits close together seems pretty chancy.

I think Trevor confirmed DuckTales will be there so the Muppets should surely be as well.
