Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

Beth: Hokay, I'm finally back from my weekend away
Red: It's about time!
Beth: I'm sorry, I know it was bad timing.
Mokey: It's ok, we're just glad you're here now.
Beth: Thanks.

Room description: I'm going to summerize more or less. There is a set of bunk beds on one side of the room, Beth sleeps on the top, Abby on the bottom. The other side of the room has two hammocks hanging from the corners where Red and Mokey sleep. Wanda has a cat bed on the floor underneath them. There are bean bag chairs, a TV with many DVD's. Games and books stack the shelves. Red's medals and trophy's from swimming extravaganas are all over the room along with Mokey's art and also programs from concerts that Beth and Wanda have sang at. Abby's fairy dust glitters in the entire room and a few stray pumpkins are around as well. There is a Fraggle hole in the wall as well so Red and Mokey can go visit the Rock.

Kim: Hmm, only thirteen hours and fifteen minutes until it's October. You know what that means, guys?
Boober: That you're going to get started on your ghosts and haunted houses kick again, and subject us to marathons of Ghost Hunters and other ghost-related videos?
Gillis: (checking Room 19's library account) Too late; I think it's already started.
Kim: Ha ha, very droll fellas. No, I was thinking more along the lines of getting the room decorated for Halloween, and coming up with ideas for our costumes for this year's party.
Mimzy: That's if Ed doesn't come up with them for us again like he did last year.
Tosh: Kim, can we have a T*Witches movie night again?
Kim: Sure we can, Tosh.

*With key to Room #6 in hand... If you have any ideas for H-Day, feel free to LMK Kim or anybody. If you have ideas for your special dorms members' wear, LMK as well. Planning on simplifying the ideas, starting from 0 again so to spook.

*Decorating Kathy's room for the Fran Brill party... And here I've yet to detail my own room. Sheesh.

Beth: Hey girls, we have a visitor for a couple of days who is going to stay with us
Red: Who?
*Big Bird pops his head in the room*
Big Bird: ME!
Abby: Big Bird! *squeels and runs over to give him a hug*
Mokey: Hi Big Bird, how come you're staying with us?
Big Bird: Bryan is on a special trip right now and won't be back for a couple of days, so Beth said I could stay here until he comes back.
Wanda: It's always good to have you here Big Bird
Big Bird: Thanks! I miss Bryan, but I always have alot of fun when I stay with you guys
Mokey: Maybe we can do some bird watching again.
Big Bird: That would be fun! *sets his bag down and follows Mokey*

*Examines handiwork in the common room. Banners with Fran Brill snapshots line the higher births, while a big arch-styled thing unfurls to show the characters she's portrayed in Muppetdom throughout the years (check MC's current menu). There are bouquets of flowers in vases from the flower shop, a scent of aromatics and little Little Bird playing pieces used as decorative ornaments.

Sure hope Kathy likes it. Now then... Off to do whatever it is my fiends are oft to do.
*Collapses in bed for a nap.

Eech... Can't stand most cheeses myself. Then again, there are some I do like. Good thing there's a piece of cheesecake in the fridge. Might use that as a flave for a Richardesque skeletal cabby. If I could get some ideas on the garb he should be clad in though...
*Leaves the question for Erin whenever she should come back.

UD: What about the surprise for everybody?
Eh, that's coming along... Need to plan the colors and some quotes/logos for others.

*Goes to get that slice of cheesecake and a glass of milk before heading off to sleep.

(gang's eating a cheesecake just brought home from a bakery in town)

Erin: Hmm, hmm...well, if this cabby's modeled after Richard, I'd go for a strategically ripped rugby shirt, black and white stripes, jeans and Adidas. And a newsboy cap.
Scooter: And maybe a pendant with 'Your face' or something on it. (swallowing bite of cake) As for the flavor, it'd have to be orange or chocolate or something.
Storyteller: This is a very good cake, Nora, where'd you find it?
Nora: The Upper Crust Bakery; it just opened down on West Henson, right next door to Coming Unbound.
Beige: (licking crumbs off plate) Okay, now I know where I'm getting my next sugar shock from.

Thanks Erin... Upper Crust huh? That must be who moved into #34 WH Street. *Makes a note for the town map which is another of those projects which has languished until more savvy minds decide to join the cityscaping.

And as for the cabby... It's not technically to be based on Richard himself, just a sort of likened character. You know the kind of character you just sort of imagine and then immediately think should be voiced/performed by so and so? But thanks for the suggestions, I appreciate it all.

UD: The giant skull-based carriage/coach/cab needs its own name though. The sooner to get Eleanor home you know.
Agreed... And there's the matter of the special dorm vestments. Ah, it'll get taken care of in turn.

Kim: (hanging fake cobwebs in the corners of the room) Oh, relax Boober. The monsters around the dorms are harmless, remember?
Boober: During October, you never know.
Kim: (sighs)
Tosh: Kim, where do you want the ceramic jack o'lanterns?
Kim: The smaller one can go on that empty space on the bookshelf. The bigger one...we might have to clear off a space for it somewhere.
Gillis: Kind of sparse with the Halloween decorations, aren't we?
Kim: Yeah, we are at that. Well I've got to work tomorrow, but Friday - field trip to the Halloween store!
Mimzy: All right, road trip!
Boober: (less than thrilled) Terrific.
