Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

Mokey: I'll make the call *picks up the phone* Oh Grover dear? Us ladies down here in room 3 are hungry. A cheese pizza would be wonderful. Thanks!
Beth: Our room looks good guys *they stand back to admire their work*

Room description:
To the left and right of the door are desks with computers to be shared by all. Many pics of the Fraggle Five, friends and family of all roomies and of a couple of the girls' sweethearts are surrounding the computers. On the left of the room is a set of bunkbeds. Beth's is the bottom with a purple flowered comforter, many pillows and a few stuffed bears and animals. Wanda has a music note comforter up on the top bunk and only one pillow. On the right side of the room a hammock hangs from either corner, one is Red's the other is Mokey's. They have a few blankets and pillows, nothing too fancy. Mokey's plant Lanford is on a shelf just under her hammock. Abby's bed is on the floor in between each hammock, her bedspread is pink, she has a teddy bear and her special blanky. Mokey's artwork adorns the walls, trophies from Red's swim meets are on the shelves, Abby's wand has a place of honor on a shelf near her bed and there are framed pictures of Beth and Wanda from several of their various singing engagments. A t.v./dvd is at the back of the room by the windows with many bean bag chairs surrounding it. The closet is full of fancy clothes of Beth and Wanda's, Red's sweaters, Mokey's cloaks and Abby's tutus. Of course near the door is a Fraggle hole where Red and Mokey can come and go to the Rock as they please.

Boober: Oh, no. She brought Lanford with her?
Kim: Simmer, Boober. You wouldn't expect Mokey to leave her beloved deathwort in the Rock, would you?
Boober: I was hoping.
Kim: *stands back* I think that's it, guys...we're all unpacked.

The set-up of Room #19 is pretty much the same as it was last semester. The room's the standard rectangular shape of any other dorm room. On the right side of the room as you enter are Tosh and Boober's beds; Tosh has a bunk bed while Boober has a platform (that's non-converting) futon. Tosh still has the top bunk while the bottom futon is converted into its sofa position. Tosh has a plum and olive-green quilt and cream-colored sheets on her bed, and she still has the curtain around her bunk. Her pillows have plum-colored cases. In between the Tosh's bunk and Boober's bed is a chest of drawers that is the perfect height for two Fraggles. The top two drawers are for Tosh's things, like her Fraggle pebble collection. The bottom drawers are Boober's and hold all of his cleaning and laundry supplies. Boober has a brown blanket and cream-colored sheets on his bed, and tan pillowcases on his pillows. On the wall near his bed is a peg where he can hang his hat and his scarf when he goes to bed.

The left side of the room is the "grown-ups'" side, or Gillis and Kim's side. The bed, which is near the closet, is a loft-style bed. This is Kim's bed; it has a quilt of lavender, green and white squares with flowers embroidered over them, purple sheets and purple cases on her pillows. At the head of the bed is a taller dresser that's shared by Kim and Gillis, and the top of which Kim uses for a nightstand. Underneath Kim's bed are the TV/VCR and DVD player, and a smaller bed belonging to Gillis. Gillis' bed has white sheets and an olive-green blanket. The TV/VCR and DVD player sit on a wooden TV stand that has a cabinet on the bottom. Inside is their DVD and VHS collection, including Seasons 1 and 2 of TMS, Doctor Who and the Marx Brothers. Beside the TV is a small refrigerator filled with pop, fruit juice, water and extra Doozer sticks (which taste just as good cold).

On the wall opposite the door is a desk that is roughly 3/4 the length of the wall. Above the desk are bookshelves the same length as the desk. On those shelves is Kim's book collection, including her copies of Harpo Speaks! Of Muppets and Men and Jim Henson: The Works. Also on the shelves are photographs of the roomies' friends and family - the rest of the Fraggle Five for Boober and Tosh, the Minstrels for Gillis (one group shot, and an individual shot of Brio), and one of former roomie Betty Lou. On one end of the desk is the computer; the other end is left empty in case someone wants to do some writing or drawing. School supplies are kept in the desk drawers. The remaining quarter of the wall is a window.

The closet is on the same wall as the door, and like last year is divided in half. One half is for clothing - Tosh's dresses, Gillis' jackets and Kim's wardrobe. On the floor is the laundry basket and the hamper. On the shelf above are Kim's shower caddy and the room's first-aid kit (always kept stocked by Boober), not to mention extra cleaning supplies. There is also a screen to be used for privacy when changing your clothes. The other half of the closet belongs to Tosh's Beast. He has a large dog bed with a yellow blanket and a fluffy pillow. At night (or when the roomies have to go somewhere without him), his rope attaches to a hook on the wall. Tosh keeps extra rope in one of her dresser drawers. Also on the floor of Beast's side of the closet are various toys for him to play with.

Storyteller: Have at them, Deadly. (gratefully hands anchovy-laden slices to UD)
Erin: (swallowing second slice of pizza) Well, that was good stuff - what does everyone else feel like tonight? Ice cream and a movie or something?
Scooter: Sounds great - what kinds do we have?
Erin: (as everyone starts putting away the leftovers) Mint chocolate chip, orange swirl, Swiss almond, triple fudge and raspberry ripple.
Nora: I'll take the raspberry ripple.
Beige: And I'd like the triple fudge.
Erin: Tell you what - Storyteller and I will dish up the ice cream, and you guys can go pick out a movie...but nothing with excessive violence or kissing. Scooter, what flavor do you want?
Scooter: Orange swirl. (goes to common room with Nora and Beige)
Erin: What flavor, Storyteller?
Storyteller: Swiss almond.
Erin: That leaves me with the mint chocolate chip. (the two start to dish up ice cream)

(in common room)

Scooter: Raiders of the Lost Ark?
Nora: Or maybe Hound of the Baskervilles?
Beige: The Great Escape?

(more shuffling through DVDs)

Nora: This one?
Scooter: Okay.
Beige: Sounds good.

(Erin and Storyteller enter with ice cream)

Erin: So what's tonight's film?
Scooter: Chamber of Secrets.
Erin: Excellent. Here's the ice cream, everyone.

(gang climbs onto sofa and into armchairs as film starts)

Room #25 Description
When first walking in to room 25, you enter a living room area with a recliner, a large couch, a coffee table, and a television. On the coffee table sits copies of "Jim Henson: The Works" and "Sesame Street Unpaved." The television set sits on a small black bookcase, on the first shelf sits a VHS/DVD player combo, and on the second and third shelves sits Ryan's Sesame Street, Muppet, Fraggle Rock, Disney, Star Wars, and other films DVD collection. In the corner of the living room area is another small bookshelf that holds Ryan's CD collection of Muppet, Sesame, and Disney music.

Directly behind the living room is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and sink.

Next to the living room is a small hallway leading to a closet where Gonzo and Camilla sleep in a hammock hanging from the towel shelf and the bed sheet shelf. At the bottom of the closet is a pile of Gonzo's many shirts, pants, and shoes, along with his mold collection and some other random items of wierdness. Camilla also has a few belongings at the bottom of the closet.

In the middle of the room leads to a bedroom in which Link, Ryan, and Clifford sleep. To the right of the room is a bunk bed where Clifford sleeps on top and Link on bottom. At the foot of the bunk bed is a four shelved book shelf where Ryan houses most of his Muppet action figures. On the other side of the room, across from the bunk bed, is a small bed where Ryan sleeps. In between the two beds sits a large dresser filled with clothes of Ryan, Clifford, and Link. At the foot of Ryan's bed is a desk where his computer and Muppet plushies sit. Also he has two Muppet picture frames, a Kermit and Miss Piggy cookie jar, a Kermit lamp, and a framed set of the Muppet stamps. The Jim Henson, Rainbow Connection Kermit, and Super Grover action figures are also on the desk.

A drawer is attached to the bottom of the desk contains three notebooks that can't be opened by anyone but Ryan himself. They contain most of his fan-fictional writings.

There is one window inside Ryan, Clifford, and Link's room, and the door that used to lead into that room has been taken out so Ryan can't be locked in his room anymore.

Alex: *still pounding on Oscar's lid* Hi Ryan! Great ta see ya! Well, I guess I'll quit botherin Oscar for now.... but I'll be back! Mwahahahaha! Yessssss! I'm back! And crazier than before!
Bean: *hides behind Elmo*
Elmo: *hides behind Bean*
Bean: *hides behind Ryan*

Room 24 Description:
The walls are painted bright yellow on the bottom half, royal blue on the top half, with a white border across the middle. It has three big round windows all with yellow trim, and each of which has its own little nook with a bench beneath it. At night, the windows look like three full-moons.
The carpet is a dark, mottled green with red polka-dots.
Bean and Elmo have a red bunk-bed on the left side. Bean's bedding is blue with green triangles. Elmo's bedding is yellow with red stripes.
Alex's bed is in the middle of the back wall. Her bedding is blue with yellow moons and stars, and of course, covered in plushes.
Each person has a dresser. Beans is green with blue knobs. Elmos is red with yellow knobs. Alex's is yellow with blue knobs.

Beside the bunk-bed is Bean and Elmo's toychest, which is overflowing with toys and plushes. There is also a white bookshelf, which contains Alex's vast collection of novels, Bean's storybooks, and Elmo's coloring books.
There is a little stand with Elmo's fish Dorothy on it beside the bottom bunk.

A yellow table with a red border is in the middle of the room, with four blue and green chairs.

Claudia: *Runs through the halls screaming*

Bunsen: Claudia! Come back here!

Dr. Van Neuter: She is MY test subject!

Claudia: NOOOOOOOO!

Bunsen: It won't hurt a bit dear!

Dr. Van Neuter: Mulchie is not here! I need you terribly!

Bunsen: She is MINE!

Dr. Van Neuter: You have Beaker! Go to HIM!

Bunsen: He is sleeping!

Dr. Van Neuter: Too bad Honeydew!

Claudia: NOOOOO!

Bunsen: I want to see how long you can last under large amounts of electric shock!

Dr. Van Neuter: Mine is MUCH safer! It requires that I probe into her little brain!

Claudia: NOOOOOOOOOOO! *Wails*

Beaker: *Steps out of the room groggily* Mee..mee...*has an adorable sleeping cap* meee?

*Watches the insantiy and eats another slice of pizza*

Meeep *is happy*

Claudia: PLEASE! NOOOO!

Bunsen: Yes!

Dr. Van Neuter: YES!

Claudia: I'M TOO YOUNG TO DIE! D:

Gonzo: *tackles Ryan* NO! You'll be sucked in by the cuteness! RUN AWAY!

Oscar: What was all that racket? *opens trashcan lid and looks around* Was i hearing things? Oh well. Back to my show. "Grouch Jobs." *heads back down in his trashcan*

Over in room 26...........

That was some good pizza.

Murray: It sure was. *burp!* Excuse me.

Burce: *burrrrrrp!* Excuse me too. Man i never knew it would be this fun.

Room 26 Description:
When you walk in your in the living area. There are two recliners and one love seat which folds out into a bed. A tv with Dish Network satellite (DVR) DVD recorder/VCR and a game cube. A coffee table in front of the love seat. A couple of posters. (Garfield, Lindsay Lohan, ect.) A tall lamp by the love seat.
Curtians covers a double window which looks out onto the sidewalk and the streets below.

Now into the three rooms. One room is mine who i bunk by myself. Murray and Herry bunk in a room second room and Grover and Bruce bunk in the other room. My room has a full sized bed. A bedside table on one side with a small lamp. My DVD collection is in here. I have a small tv with a DVD/VCR. A couple of pictues of my necies and sister. My parents framed pic is placed above the headborad. The bed has drawers under the bed. It's like a captains bed. Murray and Herry's room kind of simliar but with differnt taste in pics and bedspreads. Herry has his barbells under his bed (so no one won't stub their toe) Murray has a bunch of coloring books and books to read at night on his bookself. Grover's room look almost like mine but Grover has his Mommy's pic on his bedside table. He also has a little toybox which is filled with toy blocks and musical interments. Bruce has a picture of him and his other monster friends. As well as his family pics too. Bruce has lots of books and games he enjoys playing on his selfs.

A small kitchen area which has a fridge. A small conter top a few cabinets and drawers. No place to have a little table for eatting. We eat in the livng area anyways. We're all monsters. And that's our dorm rooms.


Grover The Delivery Pizza Monster: *stops by the droms* Man these people just can not get enough of our pizzas. That is a good thing. (knocks on room 33's door)

Erin: There's something going on with the electricity.
Beige: (hearing Claudia screaming) That's not coming from the film.
Erin: No, it isn't...wait, wait...it can only be...
Nora: Bunsen trying to test something on Claudia?
Scooter: You mean he's got guinea pigs other than Beaker these days?
Storyteller: Unfortunately. Let's pause the movie and make sure she hasn't actually been hurt this time.

(gang makes a run for the elevator)

Scooter: Oh, no, Phil's in on it too.
Erin: Oh - why didn't I put the Geneva convention on my speed dial?
Beige: Tell me, do these scientist guys do this all the time?
Nora: Yeah...sometimes it's funny, but other times it's scary.
Storyteller: (hammering on door) All right, boys, kindly unplug Claudia's brain before you short-circuit half the dorms!
