Oh my! You're sending Red out on a cookie run? Well, better get it done now before Kyle comes home with Cookie Monster. She's a brave soul for venturing out to grab the Oreos and return in a madcap dash to the finish.

Hmmm, that sounds rather exciting. Wonder if Lewis Kazagger might be interested in covering such an event. Might send a message with one of my bats to Vibs.

<sigh> No, I'm just sitting at my computer surfing the web in my sleep. Yes, I'm awake.

Chef: Vhy ere-a yuoo eveke-a? It's zee meeddle-a ooff zee neeght. Um de hur de hur de hur.

Because I can't sleep.

Chef: Vhy nut?

Well if I had to guess I'd say it's because I'm thinking about Destination: Home.

Chef: I thuooght yuoo vere-a dune-a veet thet oone-a.

Yeah, I thought so too. But my family has been saying that I should get it published. I keep telling them that I can't, because of copyright and trademark stuff. I didn't create the characters. It would be a huge legal mess. But they keep saying I should take it to a publisher, and that the publisher would figure out all the legal stuff. Send it to MHC and all that stuff, and maybe they would give me permission to publish it. It all sounds pretty far-fetched to me, but they just keep saying it... And you know how when you keep hearing something over and over and over and over you start to believe it? Well, I think I'm starting to believe it. But it still seems so unrealistic. And even if it was realistic, I'm absolutely petrified of it. I don't know why, but I am. Still, I feel like I have to at least try. You never know until you try, right? And I feel like if I don't try, then, well... I don't know. I just know I can't get it out of my head, and I don't know what to do.

Chef: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

<sigh>. Well. Thanks for pretending to listen, at least. I think.

Well... Maybe things will seem clearer to you in the morning Lisa. Would advise you to make an appointment with a lawyer who specializes in copyright and publishing matters.
But then again, it's your story so I'm sure you'll make the fright decision in the end.

Well, well... Will wonders never cease? So good to see you round these parts again Kim. We've rully missed you.
*Turns to Beth and Red to explain.

See... Kim was registered here, at least back at the old dorms. We were cross-hall neighbors, with her bunking with Red and I with Mokey.
Course, things have changed somewhat since then.

*To Kim. Rully glad to see you here. If you wanna sign up, I'd advise you to check the Muppet Listings for someone you'd want as a roomie, making sure they haven't been taken yet. Would also advise to wait till September, since there might be some shuffling done then.
Well, hope everyone has a great afternoon... Gonna do some fanfic reading for a while.

Oh boy. I'm living with a blue dragon like thing, a penguin named Eduardo, and a boomerang fish thrower.

Hey Rowlf, where you want the piano, in the common room or in your own room? Thought you had one in your room already. Hmmm, just LMK and we can come to some sort of arrangement.

On the upside... Heard that OMGCNFO indeed received their shipment of Uncle Deadly figures, only half though, and started fulfilling orders. But to make matters... well, they also got their shipment of the Penguin 2-packs of figures. They were working hard to get as much done as possible before leaving for the convention in San Diego this weekend this afternoon.
Sure hope our figures are on their way.

Well, already had dinner. Think I'll take a bath and make the bed before settling in for Monday Night Raw.
