Well... Hope the Count will be all fright with his SS friends for the parade tomorrow.

*Goes back to Room #1 and turns on TV.
Wait, what's that I hear?
*Organ music up on Floor 3's common room can be heard.
Oh, that'll be Uncle D. Good music, think I'll let that lead me to the land of lullabies.
*Falls asleep.

Lisa: Well... you know that dance and party I was supposed to go to tonight?
Chef: Yes, zee dunce-a ooff guubla guubla guubla torkees, reeght?
Lisa: Er... something like that. Well, my friend who was co-chairing the dance and hosting the party got really sick this morning, so he couldn't go to the dance and had to cancel the party. And since the people who I really care about seeing weren't going to the dance, I didn't go. Now I'm just sad because I haven't seen those friends in months and I probably won't see them at all for another month, and... yeah, I guess I'm just kinda depressed about that.
Chef: Ev, I'm surry. Bork bork bork! Here-a, I'll meke-a a peunoot-bootter-chuculete-a-cheep-sundveech fur yuu. Hurty flurty schnipp schnipp!
Lisa: Aw, thanks Chef!

*overhearing Lisa & the Chef's conversation* (I wasn't being nosy)
Awww ((((Lisa))))I'm sorry that happened:sympathy: Maybe things will be extra special next month since this month you couldn't see your friends. But possibly next month you can.
Try to have a good Thanksgiving OK?

Lisa: Thanks Kath. <<<hugs>>> I know for sure I'll see them next month, that's for a huge convention with thousands of Jewish teenagers. Still, I guess I got used to seeing them every few weeks at the end of last school year, and then I didn't see them all summer... <shrug> That's life, I guess. Have a happy Thanksgiving, everybody. I'm probably heading off to bed soon.

(We are all in the Muppet Chopper courtesy of the Muppet Survivor show on our way to New York. It is Me, Big Bird, Telly, Rosita and the Count. Snuffy is hanging from the bottom on a nice supportive harness.)

Bry: How you guys doin' back there?
Rosita: Fine!
Count: Vonderful!
Big Bird: I hope Snuffy is okay down there.
Telly: Bryan, I didn't know you knew how to fly a helicopter!
Bry: Oh, I don't.
Telly: What?!
Bry: Nope. Not bad for a beginner, huh?
Big Bird: (sticks head out of window and calls to Snuffy below) Snuffy, you okay?!
Snuffy: Yeah, Bird! I've never felt so light in my whole life! Ho-ho. (to himself) Wow, I can see everything from up here. I think I see my cave and it's no bigger than a twiddlebug from up here.
Bry: (back in copter) Well, we should be landing fairly soon.

Just got a call from Bryan, they're all on their way to NY via helicopter. Hope Snuffy likes the trip, wonder if he had his cloud costume with him.

Will be looking forward to seeing our friends at the parade when they show it on TV this morning.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

*Clicks off TV and starts to get ready to head off to the bat-room for a shower.

That was great... They sang the song "Put on Your Dancin' Shoes". My memory started flashing back to the film segment, they even had the flourish at the end giving it a classy touch.
Gordon, Miles, Gabriella, Bob, Big Bird, Zoe, and Elmo were the ones whose voices I distinguished.
Anyone else show up on the float or in the song?

And personally, Matt Laur or however his name's spelled is starting to grate on my nerves a little with his intro for the SS float.
100 Emmy awards? Obviously he doesn't know about this year's Emmy making it 101, nor the hype given on the boards about it.
Season 37? Well, technically yes... Though Sesame's season doesn't start until next April, and they still haven't even finished Season 36.
Rully would prefer it if they got their facts straight. That's why I frowned or yelled at the screen when Katy, trying to be cute, said Matt should be my counting compadre.

No, he shouldn't. Don't even try buddy. It won't be pretty, just like the guy who failed miserably in that banjo-playing commercial with Kermit.

When I talk to her later I'll apologize.

YEAAAAAA!! That was cool. Didn't see Oscar but everyone that I could point out was.....

Big Bird, Elmo, Zoe, Barkley, Count Von Count, Herry Monster, Grover Monster, Cookie Monster, Telly Monster, Rosita, Baby Bear, Bert and Ernie. I think thats all the ones I could pick out. They were all dressed in there winter clothing. Cool to see Count in his Top hat that I gave him. It looks so great on him. Can't wait until they get back. Oh almost forgot about the other character I saw It's the new one that sounds like Papa Bear. It's the Red Monster character too was there. Cool to see him there too.
