Cotterpin (stands at tunnel entrance): Uh, are you going to be okay? Just let me eat some supper ... I'll come back.

Kelly (shrugs)

Cotterpin (shakes head): You're worse than Boober, you know that? Maybe you need to take REAL classes instead of online ones. Socialize more.

Kelly (rolls eyes): Yes, because socializing works SO well. *glances at Cotterpin* Spike'll come back. I'm not worried about that.

Cotterpin: You sure?

Kelly (nods)

Cotterpin: Oh, and you're missing LOST. I understand you're a big fan.

Kelly (shrugs): I'll catch it online or something tomorrow. Thanks, anyway.

Cotterpin: ...

Cotterpin: Well, okay. See ya when I get back. Just give that big brain of yours something to do so you don't get involved in all that drama going on, okay?

Kelly (smiles briefly): Deal.

Ah-ha! *Cries of triumph. TMS is finally completed into the list. This leaves just one more production to go. *Count smiles knowingly. The super-duper Mr. Hooper heavyweight of the entire Muppet Universe. Have to tabulate, calculate, reintegrate, and reenumerate what we already have; then add all the new entries I found on the Wiki; and come back to the Season 39 Characters thread. But that can wait... I'm off to the bat-room for a shower and a shave. Might see if Kelly's in and ask her advice for filling up the last two spots of the current haunt grouping.

Mmmmm.... Yeah, yeah, yeah. *Snaps fingers and hums absent-mindedly.

Kelly (has been addicted to Sims all morning): What's that I hear? A distress signal!

Everything is just fright. *Count returns with birdseed and sesame seeds and bagels. *We set to toasting some in the common room, bringing out both cream cheese and crunchy peanut butter, serving some iced tea to drink as a light snack before dinner later tonight.

O-o, ma batty-senses are tingling. Check back in a mo' guys. *Goes over to confer with Kelly-girl.

Cotterpin: Well, how's everything? I'm back!

Kelly (growls at computer)

Cotterpin: Uh-oh. What's wrong now?

Kelly (sighs, bangs head on desk): Nothing. I was trying to run one of my favorite games. I can't save the blasted thing on Vista. I thought it was fixed ... but nooooo.

Cotterpin: Ever consider tech support?

Kelly: Heh, YEAH, Cotterpin (oh, and welcome back by the way ....)

Cotterpin: Like you said ... Digit has my scooter.

Kelly: Well, I did email tech support. I did everything on their suggestion list. If I use the pre-made characters ... it works. If I try to do a custom character ... nada, zilch, zippo.

Cotterpin: And I take it that's not supposed to happen.

Kelly (scowls): Gee, ya think? *sighs* As long as I don't mind constantly redoing things, I guess it's fine ... grr.... I wonder if I can "pass on" my Sims 1 CDs? It's the complete collection. *sniffles* I loved it SO much! And it'll never go right -- never, NEVER! *bangs head on desk repeatedly, then sighs and rubs head tenderly* God, I hate Vista.

Cotterpin: Is that the name of your laptop?

Kelly: Nuh-uh. It's the name of ... of ... how to put it? The "mind" of the computer.

Cotterpin: So, what're you going to do now?

Kelly: Dunno. I know why I've outgrouched Oscar lately. At least I got my new nursing textbook in. That makes me feel better. I was afraid I wouldn't get it until after class started. *sigh* That's what I get for procrastinating.

Cotterpin (thoughtfully): So, if Vista is the name of a computer's mind ... does that mean Digit and Waldo ....

Kelly (giggles): I don't think so -- they function too well, heh-heh.

UD,overhearing the conversation: If I find any disturbed graves down at the cemetary, I'll give you such a nightmare... You remember the last one don't you? *Sneers. So don't cross our path or it'll be nothing but certain death.
*Flicks fingers and a small bolt crackles. *Waves clawed hand in an "ah" motion. *Leaves back to the tombs.

*Leaves a box of birdseed sesame seed squares made last night with a card signed by Room 1's occupants at Room #29. Happy birthday Big B, hope you have a wonderful day.

*Leaves a box of sesame seed squares and a few Doozerdust cookies at Room #3's door. There's a card too with a chocolate coin wrapped in the ribbon. Card reads: Hey Beth, it's been a while since we've had you around these parts... Just know you're still one of the MC friends I count highly on my list. Hugs, your big cousin, Ed.
