I loved the Kermit and Gonzo conversation. Will you please post more very soon?
Like...now?I loved the Kermit and Gonzo conversation. Will you please post more very soon?
It was one of those 'dreams in a dream that leaves in a dream' thing. I had planned on Gonzo telling Kermit had been a jerk to Piggy, but as I was writing, the idea that the Muppets would OF COURSE have to take sides (like any friend does in these types of situations) occurred to me, as did the notion that Kermit (as with anyone else) would assume that everyone would be on his side and is stunned and surprised that actually, no, not everyone would be.------------
Hah -- of COURSE the infighting would have drawn lines! Wow, I never even thought of that but it seems so obvious. And certainly there must still be some smouldering resentment over the big bang which sent Piggy to Paris in the first place. Good thing it was Gonzo who so subtly let Kermit know this...and not, say, Sweetums...
As did I. I like sarcastic Kermit from the early seasons of TMS and TMM, so I figure I'll bring him back. Guess what I decided to watch right now, btw? Powell & Loy's Thin Man.A very good installment! Love Kermit's retorts to Gonzo's cheerful observations.
I...cannot say. Even I don't know. However, I thought Gonzo the best person to tell and/or show Kermit that even in the worst of times, there can be the best of times. And is Camilla...er...eggbound? Does that mean we may have TWO real weddings to plan here? Yeek...what does one give a weirdo and a chicken for a wedding gift? Or a baby shower? (A chick shower? It's raining hens, hallelujah!)
Yeah, I can't confirm nor deny what exactly might be taking place. At this moment in time. Here is a chicken news flash! Sources close to the famous poultry diva inform us that Camilla the Chicken will wed her longtime beau, Gonzo the Weird!
Uh...Newsie...that's not official yet.
I've never had my name done in such an artistic way before. How lovely! And yes I'm working on the big finale!Weapons of Mass Ginormousness?
Weirdos of Masterful Generosity?
Generosity?
You still owe me a sammich. Wit' interest.

Thank you! Actually, I've already started 7 Ball; may post the first part during lunch today.Yay. This positively reaked of ushgush, in a good way. Nice to see just a peak of Kermit's southern background. *Laughs at Scooter's intrusion on the frog's pad. Good to know that the pig is back and staying... More intrigued to see how you develop this in your continuing series. Now lemme go add this story and you go start 7 Ball Tango, please?
Mini tanks! Glad you enjoyed it. No worries - as I posted last time, I like keeping continuity in every fandom, so there will of course be more Kerms and Piggy to come!aww that was such a great story- I enjoyed your take on the characters a lot and you write beautifully! I hope there may be an eventual sequel to this because I would love to see how Kermit and Piggy's relationship continues to grow from here.
Fantastic Job!
7 Ball Tango is the sequel to 8 Ball Rhumba, which is now listed in the big ole library of Muppet fan fiction here. If you head to the main fan fic/forum listing, it's the first link and I'm at the bottom of the finished fics listings. The 7 Ball Tango? Never heard of it, but I would love to read it once you get it started. (Sighs) I loved this story. Gina, you are a great writer. If you are staying in character, you are hooking up the readers.
