Pamela Adlon (Bobby from KING OF THE HILL, Spinelli from RECESS, Otto from TIME SQUAD, et al) has apparently turned to porn now. :frown:

Apparently, it's pronounced "wheelbarrow," not "wheelbarrel." :embarrassed:

So apparently Aretha Franklin sung the theme song for "A Different World". I guess it makes sense but I literally had no idea.
excuse me for butting in , but speaking of a different world. did you like the episodes with Denise in them ? or the episodes without her in them ?

Well, I like certain aspects of the earlier episodes and other parts of the later ones.
I like the episodes with Denise because the characters felt more realistic and the writing was a bit more natural, like it's predecessor "The Cosby Show".
I like the post-Denise episodes, because they were funnier, more energetic, more interesting and the characters became more developed and the show got rid of the characters from the first season that didn't work.
That being said, I don't particularly like the final two seasons. I especially don't like the last season, by that point they were really stretching it out too far.

The Teletubbies have been rebooted, and it looks awful - the production values have gone down tremendously: the costumes look like they've had too much static cling, the inside of the their home looks like a playground clubhouse, and Teletubbyland itself is so obvious CGI (the baby sun in the original was actually somewhat impressive, but the new version looks like something somebody did in Adobe Premiere).

I just saw a clip of it and I can barely tell any difference in the characters designs. And while the show does look a bit cheaper, does it really matter? How much effort was ever put into this show in the first place?
Besides, it's only the first season, i'm sure the CGI will get better over time.
But still, it really doesn't look that bad to me at all.
