From what I read on her website (which hasn't been updated since 2003 :smirk: ), she just appears and conventions and the such.

Oh, I see. I guess it would be nice to see Lamb Chop in another TV show or movie some time though.

I saw her doing her thing on some PBS fund raiser stuff, and she was VERY good, although it's weird hearing her own voice (not her mother's) conversing with Lambchop. I don't know if she is capable of the other characters.

One interesting idea is that they are considering doing an idea Shari wanted to do-that of an animated Lambchop show al la Muppet Babies. I'd like to see that one happen!

I saw that too!! I remember thinking what a great idea and then being disappointed that Lambchop didn't get to meet more characters besides the Bird. Seems like they didn't do very much with the idea.

Still, her terrified reaction when she first saw Big Bird was hilarious. You know it well if you know that character--that open-mouthed horror thing she always did, sputtering like "Ah!---Ah!...." Can't blame her. If you'd never met an 8-foot canary before, seeing one walk down a Manhattan street would be a bit of a shock.

hunterseamster: So it was season 27? I seemed to remember it airing in '97 or thereabouts---your numbering would place it in '96, then? Guess I was off by a year. :stick_out_tongue:

So glad others recall this episode. Do you know of the song Shari sang with Lamb Chop in that episode? Did they sing "How Do You Do?" or "Happy to Meet You" or another one like it??
