Lamb Chop on Sesame Street

Any of you remember when Shari Lewis and Lamb Chop came to visit Sesame Street? What was that song that Shari sang to Lamb Chop about meeting people? I loved that scene.

I don't remember it, but I'd love to see it! My daughter LOVES Lambchop (she calls her "Baa") and would be thrilled to see that episode.

Wish I would have seen it. Interestingly, Shari once told me she never let her daughter watch TV as a kid-not even Sesame Street. She supposidly didn't even have a TV in her living room!

Then again, her favorite puppet character was Miss Piggy-so go figure!

Lamb Chop also made a cameo appearance in the Celebrity Version of Ray Charles' ABCs.

"Mallory" is Mallory Tarcher, Shari's only child. She worked with her mother on the last few projects puppeteering and producing. She has taken over performing Lambchop and does an INCREDIBLE job! The voice and movements are neer perfect, and even thoguh she is now or never will ever be the talent dynamo her mother was, Lambchop lives, and she's keeping the corporate side of things going too.

She performs at various vent conventions and puppetrty-related get togethers. I don't think she is planning on having an "act" like her mom, though.

Where all did Mallory's Lamb Chop appear? I really didn't think Lamb Chop was in anything after Lamb Chop's Play Along and the Charlie Horse Music Pizza series.
