I loved Mr. Rogers as well, but sadly, he is no longer on the show.
Wait, wait, wait. "Mister Roger's Neighborhood" is still on, but no Mr. Rogers?

Yeah.

I think the name of his replacement is Neighbor Aber (sp?). Maybe someone else knows.

I believe Chuck Aber began working on the show around 1979. He first appeared on the program showing gold bars to Mr. Rogers in order to teach the kids lessons about money and sharing. Since then Chuck has been a regular on the program.

To my knowledge Chuck hasn't replaced Mr. Rogers at all though. The show produced it's final episodes last year and that's it. The show continues on in re-runs.

Gee, I am not sure then. Although I have seen re-runs with Mr. Rogers, but I have also seen a few shows lately which seemed to be entirely hosted by Neighbor Aber. He was in Mr. Rogers' house, and was talking directly to the kids at home throughout the show, just like Fred did. I assumed that he had taken over for him.

heres the deal

chuck aber had no intentions of doing so infact the reason why chuck ahd to do part of the episode was becuase fred ahd to go to a meeting that he had forgotten about in the mistakes week. Fred id not want anyone else but himself to do the show:0) chuck was just doing fred a favor
