I think Craig is too stuck on himself; Dave reminds me more of the Carson days. He is the only late-nite host I watch, and have always thought it would be fun to see him interview the Muppets.

Craig is a bit crass for his age while I feel Dave has earned his cranky image over time. LOL! Oh, and Kilborn did mention Kermit last night. People cheered a lot at the mention of the green one, but Craig diffused the situation saying he was trying something different. He couldn't just say that he was lucky to interview Kermit, and went on to say he was going to try and upset him. I know he was kidding (and that Kermit can certainly hold his own) but I found it kind of tacky. All I have to say is - watch out Kilborn. The frog is gonna eat you for lunch. LOL!

Fozzie: "Kermit? Your voice is messed up, what's wrong?"
Kermit: "I have a Craig in my throat!"

WOCKA WOCKA!!

I can assure you he will not. He has a reputation to protect, after all. Besides, David hates puppets. I remember the show where he put down the Roger Rabbit movie, saying he couldn't condone "yet another puppet movie." Then he asked Paul Schaffer, "It's puppets, isn't it?" And when he was told it was animation he said, "Oooh, even better!"

I love Dave.

Battle of the Puppet Shows!

Last night Craig reported that comedian Sarah Silverman, who also starred on the Fox canceled puppet show Greg the Bunny, will also appear on tomorrow night’s show with Kermit. They will be pitted against each other in rapid-fire question game, Yambo. I wonder if the Fox connection will be brought up. EEEeeeeeeeeek! We’ll wait and see!

Thanks for the report Jamie. That will be very interesting to say the least. Should be a good appearance tonight!

OMGOMG!!

Dude, Kermit is BACK!! With a vengeance!

I did not like Steve's Kermit when he took him over, but OMG, I just saw the Craig Kilborn segment, and he was actually KERMIT!!

He was witty and FUNNY again! Kermit, where ya been?! I couldn't watch Kermit when Steve took over cause I didn't feel he did him justice (Hello, get someone who can at least SOUND like him!), but the voice is MUCH closer to Jim's now, the personality is there, the movements...I--I can now watch new Muppet stuff without any reservations about "but it's not the same---only Jim could do Kermit".

I'm sorry, Steve. It took ya 12 years, but ya finally got Kermit down. :stick_out_tongue:

Okay, no, maybe he's gotten Kermit down before this, but I didn't think he was there yet on MT, not in the newer Muppet movies (though I only saw a chunk of MFS), but he WAAAAY exceeded my expectations on "The Late, Late Show".

OMG he just impersonated Clint Eastwood! LOL!!

Kermit is BACK!!

My favorite line of the night:

"...Snoop Dog came to us he was quitting drugs - unfortunately he was starting porn."

I nearly laughed my *** off! :stick_out_tongue:
