Kermit back on Sesame

I havent caught Sesame Street or Play With Me Sesame for a while, but I watched Play With Me Sesame yesterday, and was surprised to see Kermit back on the show again.Is this old news? He was in a skit with Grover, showing him how a lamp works and Kermit ended up with the shade stuck to his head.Kermit was given a special mention in the credits but it went too fast.It was great to see Kermit back again.Does he make regular appearances again?

Dunno what sketch this was... But the last time Kermit was on Sesame Street was during the 2002 Hurricane episodes #3976-3980. Hope this helps.

I think this was around 2004?(The Kermit and Grover sketch-Grover has to open and close a door to make the lamp work.It gets dark and you can only see Grover's and Ernie's eyes(like in the Simpsons).

Again, not sure what sketch you're talking about since I haven't seen it. But if it aired on Play With Me Sesame, most likely than not it was from the first thrity-two seasons of the show running the span from 1969 to 2002, since that was when Kermit last appeared on the show as noted above.

Hey Count? Guess what? This time, I'M the nitpicker! The Hurricane episodes aired in March of 2001, not 2002.

Well... At least now I know that one for sure. Always thought it was 2002 since that was the date everybody mentioned around here, what with those seasons airing in January/February/April. Kinda got a bit confusing until they switched back to August. Thanks though Snowths.

The Hurricane eps was the most recent thing he filmed, but from time to time you'll see an old Kermit appearance on today's show ("Do De Rubber Duck"). Besides, I think most of the clips on Play With Me are old.

From what I have seen, most of the clips are new.It is a different Ernie and Bert in it and I havent seen the clips before.It is definately Steve Whitmire doing Ernie.The Kermit & Grover sketch might have been file footage but I did see 2004 where Kermit was given credit at the end of the show.

Kermit was again on Play With me Sesame today.He was singing with 2 cows and a dog and other animals joined in and then Kermit was thrown into the air.Ernie had his baby cousin with him, baby Ernisteen! And Cookie Monster was doing a Rap about healthy food(Vegetables), which I know is a new developement.

Ok this might sound kind of dumb, but what channel is play with me sesame on. I would love to see this cause, well i never have lol. can somone give me a channel link or somthing i'm to lazy to search for it. Besides all that i think i broke my search engin anyway looking up pics for the "Jim Lewis Interview". I eather broke the engin or my head not sure which one at this time, more info as it is available.
