I love Jerry, I have Muppet Show Season 1 and I ALWAYS can tell who he is performing because he has such a unique voice.

If you e-mailed Jerry by using private message,I'm sure he would like to here that about him.
His nickname is Twiddlebug(spelling?).

Two things:
1) Twiddlebug has never outright said that he's Jerry Nelson, even though he's all but said it. Until he comes out and says it, we should respect his right to privacy by using his preferred address.
2) I vaguely recall trying to send him a PM, and I think he had opted to leave that function off.

But back to the subject of Jerry, he really is like "the Mel Blanc of the Muppets", as Christopher Finch said in "Of Muppets and Men", because while his voices are readily identifiable, sharing what sounds like a common root, they're still nothing alike. Strangepork doesn't sound like J.P. Grosse, Robin doesn't sound like Thog, Shouting Lady doesn't sound like the All Of Me monster- but yet, in a perverse way, you can kind of hear that they're the same person, like Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam, Tweety and Sylvester, etc.

The guy that voiced Floyd Pepper in MWoO didn't do a very good Floyd. It sounded nothing like him.
was it really that bad?

I wonder if its as bad as my dad's, lol (but really, hes got the pitch at least. But its Still way, way, way, too wheezy)

Is there anyway to hear it without buying the dvd?

Is there a rental store called Hollywood video? I can try to find some more names of rental stores if you want.
