It is confirmed that Ice Age 6 is going to be made to be released in theaters. It does not surprise me that Disney is insistent on continuing this franchise, even with its decline over time, and with Blue Sky Studios being shut down. I do think most of the Ice Age movies are fine for what they are, but it is a shame that this franchise is not being left alone. I definitely have been very disappointed in a lot of the decisions Disney have been making in recent years.

I’m sure Disney will find some cheap way to make the franchise much worse.
