Holiday Kermit V2

so last night i got a belated xmas gift from a friend of mine. it's a holiday kermit, just like the others, except this one is from the jim henson company and instead of saying 'happy holidays from palisades toys', it says 'happy holidays from all your friends at the jim henson company'.

so my question is, how many were made for palisades to give out and how many for henson?
