Ditto here. I actually used to like Elmo, but I can remember the exact moment I realized that I hated him: I was watching SS, and an Elmo sketch was followed up by the classic "statue of Bert" sketch. I realized how completely inferior Elmo was to Ernie, and then I began to hate him. Still do.

It's quite alright MrsPepper, no hard feelings. I knew it was in good fun. I just had to point out that I was not always an Elmo hater.
