Outside:

Angie: *rolling in the snow* Whee... :B

Link Hogthrob: *snowball in hand, looking for Angie*--

Angie: *creeps up, and tosses a snowball at Link from behind* O:B

Link Hogthrob: *splutted with snowball* Aww... that's not fair. Now, I have to shower all over again. D:

Angie: Then go inside. ;P

West Hensonville District:

Johnny Fiama treats his girlfriend, Linda to the West District in Hensonville for her Birthday weekend

Johnny Fiama: *drapes an arm around Linda* You'll love it here, doll. Believe me, you'll never regret this pad. I'll show ya' the whole District from Fran's Fragrant Flowers, to KMUP Studios. Y'know? Where Muppets Tonight was filmed. *smug* Y'know it starred your beau, and that'd be me, Sugar-Cake. ;D

Linda Mezzo: *vague chuckle* Oh, Johnny... I used to have dinner with you every Friday night during its run. *reminisces the moment of watching Muppets Tonight at her old college dorm* Your singing stylings were so pure--

Johnny Fiama: *fleets to Fran's*

Linda Mezzo: *beat* Johnny... ? *glances around* Where are you... ?

Johnny Fiama returns from Fran's Fragrant Flowers with a bouquet of a dozen red roses in hand

Linda Mezzo: *beams* Sweetie... they're beautiful. *takes them* Thank you, honey. *pecks the crooner on the cheek*

Johnny Fiama: Heh. It was nothin'. C'mon, Babe. Let's wait for Sal to arrive, as we get some java. *opens the door for Linda at Jim's Coffee House*

Ellie: Happy National Rubber Duckie Day guys! *tosses mini rubber duckies in the air*

Ernie: *squeaks Rubber Duckie* Rubber Duckie says same to you! This is going to be such a fun holiday!

Bert: There's a national rubber duckie day?

Ellie: Yep and it's Friday the 13th!

Susie: *hiding under a blanket* It's Friday the 13th!

Ellie: Aw, Susie! Come on, but it's National Rubber Duckie day! Don't you wanna have some fun? *throws mini ducks on Susie* You know you want to *smiles*

Susie: *peeks out of blanket for a second* No, I don't! I want to hide until this day of bad luck is over!

Bert: Superstition isn't very plausible Susie.

Ellie: Bert, don't worry about Susie! She'll be okay! Who wants to make a swimming pool for all the duckies?

Ernie: *squeaks Rubber Duckie* We do!

Ellie: You in Bert?

Bert: Not if it's going to make a mess.

Ernie: C'mon Bert, it'll be fun!

Bert: Oh alright. *follows Ellie and Ernie*

Ellie: You coming Susie?

Susie: *shakes her head no from under the blanket*

West Hensonville District: KMUP Studios

Johnny Fiama ushers Linda to the whole studio, including his old dressing room, which is empty, cold, and full of dust bunnies

Linda Mezzo: *dumbfoundly* Wow, Johnny... this is really fascinating, and... nice.

Johnny Fiama: Heh. Yeah. It ain't in its best shape now, but this is my ol' dressin' room. Make yourself at home, sugar.

Linda Mezzo: Sure... *pulls out a fold-up chair, and sits down*

Johnny Fiama: Pad needs cleanin' up, eh?

Linda Mezzo: *nods*

Johnny Fiama: ... shall I now introduce ya' to the props from The Johnny Fiama Show?

Apt. 10

Angie: *lying on her bed, studying for Masters Arts*

Link Hogthrob: *reclines his chair, and takes a sip of beer* *turns telly on* Oh, good. It's just me, and my classic, late-night bowling show. <3

*Before Friday the 13th ends, :batty: and Ed cuddle with Fatatita, as Uncle D brings in a saucer of milk and ice-creamish cakelet.
Happy birthday to a darkling black cat.

*Junie makes another delivery, a ribboned bottle of bubble bath with a card signed by us for Rubber Duckie at Apt 11.

Tosh: How many more minutes?
Gillis: [checking the clock] About a couple.
Tosh: Has he been out at all today?
Kim: Nope. Heck, he barely opened the door to his room wide enough so that I could bring him his lunch and dinner tonight.
Lily: And he does this every Friday the 13th?
Kim: Pretty much, yeah. We've gotten used to it.
Gillis: [checking the clock] And three...two...one...
[the door to Boober's bedroom opens, and he pokes his head out.]
Boober: Is it over yet?
Kim: Yup; it's now officially Saturday the 14th. You survived another one, Boober.
Boober: [sighs, walks out of his room] Thanks goodness. I thought yesterday would never end!
Kim: You know, one of these days you're going to have to face it like the rest of us. I mean, what are you going to do if we're away from home or something and it's Friday the 13th?
Boober: Die.
Kim: [facepalms]
Lily: Is he serious?
Tosh: Sometimes it's hard to tell.

Ellie: Hey, look guys! We got bubble bath from Ed and company! That was nice of them! *brings bubble bath inside* We should thank them!

Susie: *peeks out from the blanket she hid under all night* S-so its over? *she means Friday the 13th*

Bert: Yes, it's over.

Susie: *sighs in relief and stops hiding* That's a relief!

Ernie: Aw, but that means National Rubber Duckie Day is over too. *squeaks rubber duckie* I know, Rubber Duckie, there's always next year!

Ellie: Here you go Ernie! *gives him the bubble bath*

Ernie: Thanks! *accepts bubble bath*

*Newsie checks outside the windows; snow still on the ground, though not as thick as before*

:news: I never really liked Snow Days. Mother always insisted if I was going to be home I had to scrub the kitchen floor with a toothbrush. So those were Toothbrush Floor Days.

Rhonda: I worry about you sometimes, Goldie.

:news: Er...those creatures are out there. Do you think it's safe to go check the rain gage?

*the Martians are frolicking in the snow, having ruled it out as dirt, gold, rock, and air, they are now tossing tentaclefuls of it into the air and trying to catch it on their...uh...whatever they have instead of tongues*

Kris: Did you want to know how many inches fell? I think it's posted online. No need to go freeze if you don't really want to.

:news: *wistfully* I was never allowed out in the snow without my snowsuit...

Kris: Um, I don't think it's that deep, Newsie. Why don't we go out and play? I saw some other folks out there earlier; maybe if we build a snowfort, others will join in! Hey, we could get a snowball fight going!

Rhonda: I call dibs on the north side!

Kris: That has the deepest snow.

Rhonda: Well, DUH.

Kris: Er...Rhonda...um...you might sink.

Rhonda: Certainly NOT! I have snowshoes, thankyouverymuch.

:news: Why do you have snowshoes? This isn't Alaska!

Rhonda: Hey, sunshine, you might think about getting some too for days like this! You're not exactly TALL, or dark, or handsome!

:news: *SCOWL*

Kris: Come on, guys. Get your gear on and let's go build a fort!

Johnny Fiama: 'ey, cats. Didja guys miss me?

Sal Minella: JOHNNY! *embraces his crooner* <3333

Johnny Fiama: *hugging Sal* Hey, Sal. My little, stinky monkey... ;D

Sal Minella: I missed you. D:

Johnny Fiama: *smirk* Missed ya', too.

Linda Mezzo: ... ya' know? I'm home, too? xPPP

Angie: *double-take* Oh...? LINDA! O:3

*outside, on the north side of the townhouse*

:news: Whew...is that high enough?

Rhonda: Can you see over it?

:news: *stands on tiptoe in his galoshes to peer over snow fort wall* Uhhh...yes.

Rhonda: Then it ain't high enough. Keep piling.

Kris: My fort is ready, are you guys?

Rhonda: Almost. Now all we need is some sucker to walk by...

:news: I thought we were going to throw snowballs at each other? You...you won't aim for the nose, right? And don't hit my glasses!

Rhonda: Come on, half the fun of a snow fort is ambushing innocent bystanders! Come on, abominable snowmuppet, keep piling!

:news: This... *puff, pant* This is really hard work! Aren't you pitching in at all?

Rhonda: Don't ya see this pile of slushballs? Whaddaya think I been doing?

:news: Slushballs? Er...they look kind of small.

Rhonda: Well how else am I gonna fit 'em all into the snowscattershooter? *hefts a bazooka-like contraption* Courtesy of the Lab...what they don't know is missing won't hurt 'em. Unless they walk by, hee hee.
