Robin: Yeah....me too. When I made that tuna noodle casserole for everyone last year , he took one bite of it, told me never to become a cook and tossed it out .
: Uh Robin? I think it's safe to tell you now . That stuff was pretty gross

: Well.....I did not want to be mean ,Robin.But yes.

It's been a busy couple of weeks around here lately, at least on our terms.
UD: Yes, I heard the roofers are due back tomorrow to finish their work.
Yeah, this time they won't bring the house down with them.
And the two pumpkin piggy banks you have going?
One's tied to my investments with Pumafang, the second's part of my regular bank vault tended by the other goblins. Gotta make the deposits and withdrawals add up, especially with the monthly Monstercard payment looming in a couple weeks.
You also have an appointment at the dentist's. Me also waiting to get more recipe tips from the kids tonight.
Maybe you and Robin can schedule Monday nights to watch the Kids Barbecue competition this month.

The scare crew tucks into their dinner after the trashcan's moved outside for the weekly dump pickup.

Me: Lemme see, do I have everything needed for my shower.
Big fluffy towel, check.
Pump bottle of shampoo/bodywash, check.
Smaller pump bottle of facewash, check.
Flashlight, umbrella, and bowling ball... Check.
*Ed trundles off to the bat-room.

Mmm, so it's 1, 1 of those nights again.

*The scare crew come into Apt 1, happy with the day.

Me: Sure makes a world of difference, that new roof treatment, the rooms are much cooler throughout the day, especially with a rainy vibe in the batmosphere.
Vell, it's the start of June and the hurricane season you know.
Me also know today's National Doughnut Day.
UD: Yes, that's why we picked up a baker's dozen from the Muff YN Fluff shop on our way home.
Me: And I finished off rereading Kris's second fic over at the other library I'm a member at.
UD: Does that mean Fear of Furry Monsters is next?
Sure hope so, so many vonderful creatures to count in that one.
That the one with the scary squash man trying to send Kermit through a scary black hole?
Me: Yep, but don't worry Cookie, everybody makes it out all fright.

*Sends a bat-gram to Kathy if she wants to share some of the doughnuts.
