Cotterpin: Hey, Kel? Who is Galactos?

Kelly: Uh, Galactus? He's the Big Bad of the Fantastic Four. Why?

Cotterpin (shrugs): Oh, I think Ed was wondering.

Kelly (laughs): Well, he has to try again, if he heard my rant about the Avengers. It's not him.

Meh, gotta talk to my "real"-life friend to see when we get together to go see Avengers. Also got Dark Shadows on the docket, though I read through the plot explanation at their individual Wiki and I'm kind of not happy with how the second half unravels. At least Dark Knight Rises promises to be truly batty.
UD: And then there's all the movies lined up before getting to Beetlejuice 2.

Kelly (nods): The sad thing is that I only read about the plot I think they have in mind in Wizard Magazine long ago. I hadn't started buying comics at the time that this plot happened. It's a shame Spiderman, Fantastic Four, and X-Men aren't part of the Marvel Movie Universe (I think), because IIRC they were part of the plot it sounds like they want to do.

Well, there's always spots open on the team for the sequel I hear. That plus they've got reboots for Spidey later this summer and F4 in the works. My "real"-life friend is a full comics fan kind of like fellow forumer Drtooth, and because of him I've pretty much picked up some of the prominent storylines through the years.

Angie: Ooo...how delectable! A pie! ♥ *places flan on the kitchen counter for dessert later* That was very sweet of Ed. ^w^ Think I'll send him something in return.

Link Hogthrob: *sniff, sniff* Do I smell pie? Mmm...looks good. *picks a tidbit of flan with a plastic fork*

Angie: Ed sent it to us, and Link...it's for dessert. Wait till everyone returns.

Link Hogthrob: But, I'm starving!

Angie: Then, what are you hungry for?

Link Hogthrob: *puckers lips* How about a kissy-kissy?

Angie: *Excalibur face*

*peers uncertainly out apt doorway* Wow. I'm gone a few days...

:news: And the complex goes to...er...painteddatenightAvenger city.

Rhonda: That was a stretch, even for you.

:news: *throws hands in air* Fine! YOU explain the inexplicable!

Rhonda: I WILL, so there! Okay. First the earth cooled. Then the dinosaurs came. But they all got too big and fat and they died, and they turned into oil. Then the Arabs came...

*tapping foot* Yeah you BETTER. Better write one too!

Rhonda: Cut the ghoul some slack.

Why? 'Cause it's daylight, which weakens his powers? Hmf.

:news: *breaks down in giggle fit*

Rhonda: 'Cause...'cause....uh...never mind. I can't think of anything.

:news: Well, he DID bring coffee last week.

Rhonda: Oh yeah. Coffee! *runs out door with chilled glass in hand and container of whippy cream* Hey Ed! EEEEDDDD! Wait up!

Aw, only others' comments. Well, maybe the stories I'm following on fanfiction.net will get updates like the one about the rivalry between Acme Loo and Perfecto Prep.

Oh hey Rhonda. *Refills her glass with the chilled caffeine.
