Pearl (writes some Fridge Day cards for relatives and friends): Dear Y'all ... the barkin' terrors started it by runnin' clear off yesterday ... and lemme tell you ... that was just an omen o' things ta come. Bear learned to peel a fencepost that was half rotted like a banana an' off he went to a neighbor's yard, takin' his sis 'long with him. We been all ovah tryin' ta get them ta settle down, but it's been hard goin'. I ain't got the slightest clue what's got them all so dang riled up, but I had ta break out th' good stuff so we could all calm down today. Th' restaraunt won't mind, I hope. Hope y'all all have a mighty fine Fridge Day, but we'll be lucky t'have enough energy t'get up off the couch. Hugs an' kisses, Auntie Pearl.

Robin:Yeah.But that's here in the United States. Only a couple of hours' drive from here.

Oh hi James! Chef was sorry he didn't get a chance to say goodbye to you. But he asked me to give you this. From one chef to another,he saidhanding James a package But he gave specific orders not to open it until Christmas morning. (He said if you do, he'll hunt you down. But I think he's all talk & no action.)

Me-Hot cocoa, a nice drink for when it's chilly outside.

Me-I don't see why not, but be careful, they don't call it hot cocoa for nothing.
