This landmark deal perfectly illustrates the type of quality programming HBO Max will offer across every demographic.”

The initial partnership is domestic only; Sesame Workshop and WarnerMedia will explore expanding globally as HBO Max grows. In addition, the two organizations will look for ways to expand the reach of Sesame Workshop’s social impact content as well as developing and distributing interactive educational experiences. Do you think this means we’ll have access to every single episode?

I think the term "full library" used in the headline is what threw him off.

So will the show start being available only for streaming and not broadcast (until they can air on PBS)?

I wonder if this will be like Netflix, where for original series, they put out every episode of the season at once as opposed to putting out one new episode at a time.

All the new stuff will hit PBS too, probably in the same 9-month window deal-thing.

I wonder if it’s possible to see some of the direct to video stuff released on here. I don’t have my hopes up for anything that hasn’t been released onto DVD like the Best of Kermit or A New Baby in My House.

I mean, I have concerns about this like people did when SS first moved to HBO. Granted, if the show remains on PBS on this 9-month delay system as it has been all this time, then that's a good thing, but it feels like they keep moving more and more away from their original mission of being easily accessible to pre-school-aged children by migrating to outlets and platforms that are more and more exclusive . . . I know a lot of this has to do with lack of funding from PBS - especially since Trump's so-called "Administration" is trying to bleed PBS dry and all, and from a business-perspective, such moves are actually good for the future of SS in general, but I can see where this is leaving a bitter taste with some people.

Considering that a lot of kids watch Netflix and other streaming services, this is 100% the right move! Plus, all of those classic episodes sound pretty dope.
