So my town already rescheduled Halloween to November 2 due to the rain.

We're looking at rain here for Halloween too . . . but, instead, they're just telling kids to bundle up in winter clothing (even though it's going to be in the upper 60s) and/or take umbrellas, and telling parents to keep their headlights on.

That, or just go to church or something.

So my town already rescheduled Halloween to November 2 due to the rain.
It should always be on a Friday or Saturday night... you don't really want kids staying up late, eating a bunch of candy and reporting to school the next day.
