Does Elmo have parents?

Hey Kimp... Elmo does have parents, their names are George and Gladys respectively. Don't know who, if anyone, performed them. Then again, there's Bill Barreta performing the role of Baby Elmo's dad in Sesame Beginnings or so I've heard.

I think that Kevin Clash also performs Elmo's parents because they sound just like Elmo's voice. I've only seen Elmo's parents once and it was in an Elmo's World bit. They aren't regular parts of the show. I think they only pop up once in a while if needed, like Big Bird's Granny or Grover's Mommy.

The only time I've ever seen Elmo's mom and dad are in children's books, myself.

The ones in Elmos world were performed by Kevin, but in Beginnings Dad is Bill Baretta
