Lips and Lew Zealand are going to be the next two pack.
I am so happy! Lips and Lew are the two Muppets I want most! I wonder when we'll see prototypes and/or promo photos. In another YouTube interview, Zach said that sculpts are done. Maybe we'll see them at NYCC in October.

I'm so excited!

Hey I think its great news that Diamond Select is making these figures Kermit and Fozzie are Muppet icons so its awesome they are starting with them I understand concerns about size differences and details but the sculpt quality should make up for it Im really excited to see how these figures will turn out Diamond Select has a good reputation so I hope they meet our expectations Its important to enjoy what we get even if there are some compromises

Greetings, Andrew

If Deadly and Pepe start shipping soon, which I really hope is the case, I think Lew Zealand and Lips could go up for pre-order before the end of the year. On a recent YouTube interview, Zach mentioned Beauregard and Pops as two other Muppets they are thinking about making. It's awesome we could have figures of Deadly, Pepe, Sweetums, Lips, and Lew Zealand by this time next year, plus Beauregard and Pops and potentially another pair on pre-order.

I'm so excited that is a reasonably likely possibility! It's probably a little optimistic given the delays in getting Deadly and Pepe and the long period between when figures are first announced/shown and when they go up for pre-order, but it's at least possible.

On a recent YouTube interview, DSTZach said he thought Deadly and Pepe would be shipping in a couple months. I guess they were way off with their initial June availability date. He also said Lips and Lew are painted and may go up for pre-order when Deadly and Pepe start shipping, or the pre-order could be held until Sweetums is available. Considering how long it is taking for Deadly and Pepe to arrive, I really hope Lips and Lew go up for pre-order soon. That way we may get them before the end of 2025. I'm guessing Sweetums won't be shipping until summer 2025.

I gotta say, the ridiculously long wait times for these really kills the momentum.

I agree. I think it's great that we have already heard about the next set that will go up for pre-order. That makes it seem like the line will continue along with continuous, although slow, releases. But, the long delay getting Pepe and Deadly is definitely killing the momentum for the line. I think most folks assumed the line was really done when Sam and Rizzo came out. Getting three sets of figures announced in a little over a year made me think the line will be going strong. Hopefully, Diamond can figure out the production issue and release Sweetums and Robin and Lew and Lips closer to their announced release dates.

At their NYCC panel last weekend, Diamond Select showed 3d renders of Lips and Lew Zealand. Overall, I think they look good, but I think the back of Lips' hair should be shrunk a little and Lew should be a little taller. I'm so excited to get these two!

They also answered a question during the Q&A about continuing with new characters or doing variants. DSTChuck said he thinks they'll probably need to switch to variants soon because they are getting to the characters that likely won't have the sales they need.
