I am correct to say that David had no relation to Gordon and Olivia, right? I was checking out imdb and Northern Calloway was creditted as playing "David Robinson" on Sesame Street. Thought it was interesting. Was that his last name? i don't remember.

According to Sesame Street Unpaved, David never had a last name. He was always just David.

Yeah... Agree with D'Snowth on this one Bryan. Been to imdb.com lately to see if there was anything new for the listing I keep.
And the thing is... I'm not sure if they've been taking stuff from the lists I've posted here in the past.
Let's just say that what was there and are currently on the Muppet Listings will stay, at least until I finish my studies and can do actual hardcore hands-on full-blown research.
Beyond that, I'm not necessarily trusting anything new posted on imdb.com's cast list for SS. Will trust my staff of sources here on the boards. Speaking of which, I have some questions for you Bry. Should I send them to you or just post them in your How to Get to SS thread?

I think that was probably an error they made. If David would have stayed around long enough, they probably would have given him a last name (not the same as Gordon and Susan though) because that seemed to be the trend in later years.

On the other hand, were Bob or Linda's last names ever mentioned on the show or were we just supposed to know that it was McGrath and Bove since they used their real life first names?

they probably named the SS character after David Golez, once again correct me if I spelled the last name wrong.

I didn't know if I should trust it since imdb isn't the most acurate of sources. Just happen to see it and questioned it since it was new info to me. I trust you guys here more. Thanks. Also, go ahead and put your questions in the "How to get" thread. That way I can answer them but others can be informed of the answer or even help if needed as well. :zany:

I don't recall Bob or Linda's last names ever being referred to on the show. I always just assumed they used their real last names along with their first names. Shouldn't just assume things, but I think this time it is pretty safe. I would probably say the same as Ruthie, even though the actor is Ruth (no "ie") Buzzi. Also Savion. He was basically playing himself anyways. Anyone else have any answers or thoughts on this?

It's true. Also, according to Sesame Street Unpaved. Bob and Linda's full names on the show are Bob McGrath, and Linda Bove. In fact, just to give some clarification for future references, here's the full names of all of the major human characters (again, according to Sesame Street Unpaved).

Maria Rodriguez (nee Figeuroa)
Luis Rodriguez
Bob McGrath
David
Linda Bove
Gordon Robinson
Susan Robinson
Mr. Harold Hooper
Olivia Robinson
Buffy St. Marie
Willy
Mr. MacIntosh
Mr. Handford
Gina Jefferson (this one is according to Sesame Street Magazine)
Ruthi
Uncle Wally
Savion Glover
Lillian Edwards
Celina

Might wanna add Miles Robinson and Gabriella Rodriguez to that list. Also I think we can agree that though she is refered to as "Ruthie" on the show by everyone else, its still Ruth Buzzi.

Even though it's not listed in the book, I believe it's the same thing with Alan. On, and off Sesame, he's still Alan Muroaka (sp?)
