My waifu Giggles COULD possibly be a young girl but the writers have never said one way or the other. She lives by herself, she has a full paying job as a waitress, her favorite movie series "Buddhist Monkey" is R-rated, and she has dated a much older character who they depict as a Vietnam veteran. So yeah, she most likely is an adult judging by that logic.
