I think the user who steals the rare clips obviously must be obsessed (more like addicted) to classic Sesame Street.

Good thing I don't seem to care much for most of the rare gems. I only care more about the recurring segments - the ones I saw pretty frequently in the early 80s.

However, the rare Sally Ride segment "A for Astronaut" is pretty good.

Regarding the very recent upload by the show's official YouTube channel, it does state that over 4,000 episodes have aired since The Count's debut. I'd like to ask, in what season did The Count make his debut? I doubt it was during the first two seasons, as I viewed a few recaps on Muppet Wiki, and found nothing involving The Count in any Season 1 or 2 episode.

Scott from what I can tell makes negotiable deals with the source he gets his episodes from. He knows better than to just steal stuff.

Plus he’s helping the wiki out tremendously by using these episodes and clips to fill out the episode guide for Sesame Street

Exactly. You wouldn't expect a grown man to steal episodes just for his viewing pleasure...unless they love the idea of being caught redhanded and facing a serious punishment.

Besides I have a feeling that the Muppet Wiki people have good relationships with Sesame Workshop for them to put this information on the site

It has come to my attention that we have a true MuppetWiki-stealer on YouTube who's reluctant to listen to us. We're working on trying to get him to take down the video from his channel but he insists a BIG 'no' against us. I'm sure @scarecroe ain't gonna be happy about this.

It's down now. I tried talking to him a few days ago, but he's like "I don't care"

Was this that same person who uploaded pretty much every single MW clip out there? BigSesamefan or whatever his name was?
