As you know, on Sesame Street almost every charachter with the exception of a few, has been played by 2 different people. Either because their original performer died, like in the case of Ernie and Jim Henson. Or the original performer left the show, or rarely works on SS anymore, like with Frank's 3 main charachters. But some charachters have been performed by 3 different puppeteers over the years. Here are the few that have had 3 different puppeteers.

Elmo: Brian Meehl (1979-1984) Richard Hunt (1984) Kevin Clash (1985-Present)

Clementine: Brian Meehl (1980-1984) Kevin Clash (1984-1987) Camile Bonroa (1987-1991)

Barkley: Brian Meehl (1978-1984) Fred Garbo (1984-1990) Bruce Connely (1990-Present)

Here's a few more I didn't have time to post yesterday.

Snuffy: Jerry Nelson (1971-1978) Michael Earl Davis (1978-1980) Marty Robinson (1980-Present)

Betty Lou: Not sure of the exact years but the charachter was performed by Frank Oz, Fran Brill, and Lisa Buckley

Here's a few more:
Cookie Monster: Frank Oz (1969-present), Eric Jacopson (a handful of 2001 sketches), and David Rudman (2001-present) (Caroll Spinney also performed Cookie Monster in a 1969 sketch).
Big Bird: Caroll Spinney (1969-present), Matt Vogel (2000-present), and Daniel Seagren (a handful of 1969 episodes).
Guy Smiley: Jim Henson (1969-1990), Dan Reardon (some computer game), and Eric Jacopson (Sesame Street presents The Body).

Marylin Sokol also performed her voice once, in the song "I Want a Monster to be my Friend".

Another character with three performers:

Ernie: Jim Henson (1969-1990), Steve Whitmire (1993-present), and John Tartiglia (Play With Me Sesame, season 2).

That's only two performers. I have read that Jim Martin sometimes performs oscar, but, unlike with Matt Vogel as Big Bird, Caroll Spinney still dubs the voice.

I think the Big Bad Wolf has been performed by several different people.

Yes. Jerry Nelson is his main performer, but in a few 80s News Flash skits, Kevin Clash did his voice. Joey Mazzarino also occasionally does his voice, too
