I thought of another one as well. But with this one, it's really splitting hairs.

Fat Blue: Jim Henson (First Season only) Jerry Nelson (1970-2006) David Rudman (For one line In the movie Elmo in Grouchland)

Barkley: Brian Meehl (1978-1984) Fred Garbo (1984-1990) Bruce Connely (1990-Present)
I know this probably doesn't count because I think he was pretty much just the guy in the really big suit and I don't know that he actually did a voice, but gymnast Toby Towson also once performed Barkley in 1978 (for that great Christmas special- A Special Sesame Street Christmas. From what I've read about it, apparently it was very special indeed!)

Yes. Jerry Nelson is his main performer, but in a few 80s News Flash skits, Kevin Clash did his voice. Joey Mazzarino also occasionally does his voice, too
Yeah, funny thing is all three of them still perform him.

Actually, Jim Henson did perform Fat Blue in some skits after the first season. He performed Fat Blue in the Alphabet Song with Lena Horne (this skit had a red background, as opposed to the dark white background that seemed to be the only background color, with the occasional exception of black, used in the first season, and it also featured Farley, who debuted in season two, and it sounds like Richard Hunt sang back-up vocals, and he first performed on Sesame Street in either the third or fourth season). Henson also performed Fat Blue in the Clap, Clap, Clap song (which featured a bright green background and featured such post-season one characters as Farley, Roosevelt Franklin, Roosevelt Franklin's mother, and I think Prairie Dawn).

Guy Smiley: Jim Henson (1969-1990), Dan Reardon (some computer game), and Eric Jacopson (Sesame Street presents The Body).
I don't know if this counts, but I know of a fourht performer. Richard Hunt performed Guy Smiley in a sketch where Ernie and Bert go to the movies.

You can add 2 more to that list, if you count instances outside of Sesame...

Richard Hunt (during TMS, I've heard) Kevin Clash (During his appearance on the Cosby show as a doctor)
