Actually, this is a Scottish court, where we have no truck with English laws... I have consulted with the Honourable Sir Anthony, and he advises that your proposed course of action with the hockey stick will be acceptable so long as he doesn't see it. Oops, here he comes...

"The court is still waiting for the prosecution to make its opening statement. Of course, if the prosecution declines to do so, the case will be dismissed..."
