I too was worried I wouldn't be recieving my order from Forbidden Planets when I heard about the problem they seemed to be havig with the ammount of Replica Kermit's they'd be getting in stock, anyway I emailed them and got this reply back from them

I am sorry for the late reply. I have just been informed by our buying office that the manufactures of the Kermit replica are still taking orders for this and we have just ordered more. They are expected to be coming in soon and there is no reason why you should not receive yours.

I don't know if they send e-mail notification for orders that are shipping - I ordered the Absolute Edition of Crisis on Infinite Earths (the giant oversized slipcased hardcover set) through them a few weeks ago and that arrived last Friday morning and took me totally by surprise as there was no e-mail telling me they'd shipped it!
