Stulz Ken,
What were the websites you mentioned that have series 2 pics up??

Figures.com, Raving Toy Maniac, Action-Figure.com and others. They typically cover our stuff very well.

1) What's the staud of Series 2? you said it goes into production next week or something right?

The staud of Series 2 is just fine. Hmmm...or you mean STATUS. I remember my first beer...anyway, they are doin' fine. Going into production in about 3 weeks or so. Production is a weird process...technically speaking they are in production now. But on-line mass production should start up in about 3 weeks, four max. I go over there in mid July to take a look see and make sure stuff is going smoothly. More wacky "Made in China" Daily Bits I'm afraid...

2) Same quesiton for Series 4. How are the sculpts coming?

Deja Vu...could have sworn I answered these. Sam is done and approved. Janice is almost there. Link and Julius are nearing completion. Piggy is about 40% done. SwineTrek playset has started sculpting.

3) Hpw many points of articulation can we expect to see on Rowlf, Lew, Scooter, Soot, Chef (series 3)

Rowlf - 7
Tux Rowlf - 12
Scooter - 14 or 16 (can't remember right now)
Zoot - 14 or 16 (can't remember that either)
Chef - 10 or 12 (ditto)

4) I know the packaging right now per case is 4 big guns and 2 of each fan fave, any thought on who your plannin to make the second big gun whe you package series 4. I figure Sam is one and guessing you'll make Janice the second "heavy hitter"

Probably going even packed on that assortment. If anything I would pack an extra Sam and take out a Janice. But probably even packed. In fact, most likely you will see even packs from here on out except for certain retailers.

5) Ya know we always ask all these thing about figures this and figures thatand I feel like sometimes we forget you're human too...How are the wedding plans going?

I'm HUMAN? The wedding is going fine. Still seems like a million light years away...I am sure it will be here before I know it. SO far plans are going OK. Not much to tell. I try to stay out of the plans. Just gonna show up, say my lines and then let the PARTY begin!

Rowlf has seven points of articulation. That's cool. I know he'll have the usual, (head, shoulders and hips) but that's only five. Where are the other two going to be?

Also, I'm sure you've already told us this, but could you give us a quick review on the articulation for the series two figures?

Geez!!

your Foz has been offline while moving (still not done yet) and tons have been posted. I've been reading and reading and I cannot remember one thing I just read that i wanted to post about.

RIZZO...I like the idea of a good articulate figure with a to-size pack in. Remember the little PVC's for Shrek that came like 7 to 10 in a box and cost around $9? Those were also articulated (some were) and were still small. I think a Rizzo could work that way. As a matter of fact, here could be the time to create like 3 small figures and pack them together: Rizzo, Pepe, FooFoo, Camilla??? I dunno.

Later on!
Your Foz of Foz's,
FOZ

Yet another quick question for Ken

I swear I don't know how you keep up with us. There are so many of us and only one of you... at least as far as I know...

(Dave's eyes move about the room suspiciously)

Anyway, I know that the Tux Fozzie exclusive was dropped in favor of the Vacation Fozzie exclusive, but I just wanted to know if Tux Fozzie could reappear as a possibility somewhere down the line. I was looking forward to that fig and especially liked the fact that he was slated to come with his ventriloquist dummie Chuckie. That was such a perfect accessory- a tuxedo-clad dummy coming with a tuxedo-clad dummy (to steal a joke from that episode- Kermit: "There he goes, the dummy and his dummy!")

Thanks much.

My Bunny's All Sticky!

I just opened my Dr Honeydew, and the robo-bunny is quite sticky, almost as if the paint weren't dry. Has anybody else had this happen? I considered spraying him with some hairspray as a fixative, but i am afraid that might dull him down a bit. Any suggestions would be appreciated

OK, exactly how did he get sticky? I mean, I know people like these figures, but REALLY!

Actually, that is the first I have heard of something like that. Can you be more specific?

I don't know...you know how you get really into the Muppets? I get into makin' stuff. Maybe too much. I'm a workaholic...yeah, you mention work, I get drunk.

Anything can happen. Initially it was Patrol Bear. Then we backed off from him because it was too choice of a "character" to be an exclusive. Then Vaca Fozzie was born at Philadelphia in a discussion with the ToyFare guys who really wanted it as an exclusive over the Tux Version. It came down to them actually...we let them decide on which one they wanted. Is Tux Fozzie DOA? Probably not...but you never know. This line has had a certain fluidity to it. Personally, I want that fig...I'd love to have a special section of my collection that has a sort of "Steppin' Out" theme...everyone in formal wear...but that's just me. Will all the tux versions be sellable? Who knows. Time will tell. I don't know.

I think I have an idea of what will be coming with Rizzo. It won't be a pack in figure and it won't be Pepe. Pepe is too good and would work as a stand alone. Camilaa already is coming with Gonzo and FooFoo only works with Miss Piggy in my opinion. He'll have lots of stuff and will probably be an in between size...but not actually to "scale".

Fozzie - 5
Vaca Fozzie - 7
Gonzo - 8
Floyd - 12
Crazy Harry - 12

You tell me. What TWO points on Rowlf the Dog move a lot?

It feels like the paint did not cure, and is for lack of a better term 'tacky'. Similair to when you are waiting for paint to dry, but it aint quite there. I thought it might have something to do with the metalic paint having a different composition than the other 'flat' colors on the figures.

That is really weird. Keep me posted on what happens. I don't recommend hair spray. Buy som Krylon if you want to coat it...or just wait a few days and see what happens.
