Exodia the answer to your question is no one knows when regular Rowlf is coming out.
Losing a major location to purchase these Muppet figures is pretty bad, but you're probably right. The figures only got a tiny bit of space in the action figure asile, but at Suncoast Video they had a ton of shelf space at the front of the store (they got more of them too)!Originally posted by ResidentLilly
Luke's right...in the scheme of things the Muppet line is a small spec in the toy world. It means a lot to you and me, but to Joe Q. Average maybe not so much. But like I said on the other board, it is not really a reason to panic...the very reason we decided to readjust the line is BECAUSE we want it to succeed...and to do that here you just have to go about it differently than a Simpson's or Star Wars or He-Man line, that's all.
Yeah i agree - i can see the changes will really help the longevity of the line and also that there will be less 'big risks' to lose money or have premium price products that don't see well enough and end up costing Palisades. I think it makes sense to concentrate on budget priced items with the figures being at the top end rather than it being the other way around. The Mega's weren't really right for the brand (although the kind of thing thats popular in action figure circles) and i think maybe with the PVC's (at least over here) you would probably sell loads more if they were sold individually or in smaller packs at card shops ..... that approach works very well here but then people (as in Joe Public) would only ever want the major characters. I'm not sure what plans for other Muppet style products you have Ken but if the license stretches to other areas where you could produce low cost stuff for a few dollars you might pick up some more sales.Originally posted by ResidentLilly

I for one was glad to hear TRU is out, and the playsets are scaled back. Second, why didnt I think of that...a Kermit reporter, mini playset, and Koozebanes for less than half what a full Koozebane playset that wouldnt sell anything.Originally posted by Gorgon Heap
No Koozebane! TRU passed on Series 3! Playsets reduced in number, and staggered!
Oh man, I think I need a hug.
Okay, with that said, you said we'll still be getting aliens. Do you know how many and which ones?
