Mr. Poodlepants and Bill the Bubble Guy from Muppets Tonight were just awful. Bill wasn't exactly annoying, but Poodlepants was downright unbearable to borderline Jar-Jar levels.

While we're on the topic of Muppets Tonight, Andy and Randy Pig were pretty insufferable.
