Yeah, really. But then they know they can get the viewers even if the viewers are aggravated, so they're not going to give up the ratings...

Gee, we really haven't been too into AI this year, have we? :stick_out_tongue: Well, I am disappointed because Anwar went off. I really liked him a lot, and I definitely think he went too early. :frown:

Well, I've been following it. I'm really impressed at how much Constantine has shaped up in the past few weeks. A month ago I would have thought he'd be gone by now, but he's really found his groove. Of course, I think I'm still rooting for a Bo/Carrie showdown in the finals.

I thought "Bohemian Rhapsody" was awesome. My favorite Bo performance is probably "Time in a Bottle," but that's mainly because I love the song so much...

Yeah, it is an amazing song, and I was surprised to hear Bo choose it. He did a nice job with it, though.

I wasn't that surprised because I'd read that he loves Jim Croce, but it certainly was a change from his usual style.

I'm resurrecting this thread because, well, I'm just too excited about what I'm going to post. :excited:

Tonight I was at a book store and came across the book about American Idol IV. Now I am a HUGE Paula Abdul fan so I was perusing the book to see if there were enough pictures of Paula to warrant paying the $20.00 retail price...I didn't find enough to my liking. Just before I closed the book to put it down I came across the table of contents and saw a listing for a section about the audition process. Considering I auditioned in Las Vegas I thought, "Well, what the heck. See if you might be in one of the pictures of the groups or something."

I turned to that page and lo, and behold, I'm in my OWN PICTURE!!! Just me! Of course, I'm sleeping but who cares! Out of all the hundreds of thousands of pictures of auditioners mine was chosen to be in the book (on page 7)!!!

I was so tired that day! I had drove to Las Vegas during the night so I was going on no sleep.

Of course, I bought the book. Turns out I should've just bought it off Amazon for $13.57...but I was too excited!

p.s. I'm not at all happy that Carrie won. It should've been Bo all the way. I'm hoping that they turn out like Ruben and Clay did with Bo getting all the notoriety and success. I think Carrie's cute and sings good, but she didn't do as well as Bo at all!

I never really watched AI, except for in the third season. Why, do you ask, did I watch it in the third season? Two words: John Stevens. I thought he was the finest singer on there. Of course nobody agreed with me, but they never do.

Sweet! Congrats! I'll have to check that out. :excited:

I think Bo should have won too, but I liked Carrie quite a bit. I was fine with either of them winning, as long as they were both in the top two. Anyway, coming in second certainly hasn't hurt Clay Aiken's career, as he's the best-selling Idol alum, so it all depends on Bo and the material they come up with for him. I have a feeling he'll do very well.

Awesomeness! That's so cool that you're in the book! I saw it but I didn't take a close look at it. Now I shall have to.
