Just finished re-reading the ENTIRE story again, including the un-posted fraction of a chapter, the disconnected scene from some future point in the story, and a fragment of a song.

I was really hoping to make some progress on this story over winter break... Here it is the end of break, and I'll I've really done is to re-read and refresh my memory on some points in that timeline I made back in fall. ("Rusty French"? What the heck does that mean? Oh wait... ohhhh yeah. Okay, so who or what is "Lester" again... ?)

Anyway, I'd like to say that I'll get right back on writing this, but I still need to do laundry and pack and e-mail people and memorize my class schedule and I should really start cleaning OUT my room so I'll be able to function in there when I move back after graduation and... Yeah. I'm HOPING I'll be able to do some writing during this upcoming semester, but we've all seen how well THAT works out, right? Ah well... Should be a lighter class load this time around, so... fingers crossed.

I have complete faith that you will find time to update when you can, because you obviously care a lot about your stories

Maybe you should post the unposted chapter section and that other stuff, kind of like "bonus features"

I know I would love them!

A friend once told me, "There's no such thing as good fanfiction." After reading for the last two hours, I want to slap him across the face with this wonderful fanfiction.

I started at the beginning tonight, unsure if I would like it or not, but only part way into the first chapter I knew I was in for the long hall. By the time you were describing Fozzie and Kermit's Friday letter writing sessions I was getting teary, and when Kermit was home I was full out sobbing. I love this story. I don't have any close, personal ties to anyone in the military, but still, watching a beloved character I grew up with go through all of this, it's just rough. And you're a wonderful writer, each chapter brings along something new (I love all your Fozzie-Kermit moments!). And don't even get me started on how much chapter 12 made me cry!

I'm only about to start chapter 14, so I won't make it through the rest of this story tonight, but I fully intend on finishing it tomorrow! I plan on sitting in bed, reading your fic, while slowly letting the nyquil kick in and take me off to sleep.

Thanks for a making a sick girl's weekend so much better.

Hehe, soon I'll be begging for more updates! I'm only on chapter forty-five ("only", she says. Sheesh!), so I''m still playing catch up. But, yes, by tonight or tomorrow I'll be demanding updates! Rawr! :halo:

H'OKAY. I'M ALL CAUGHT UP NOW! RAWR!

Great story so far! I've definitely cried numerous amount of times (mainly whenever there's a touching Fozzie-Kermit moment because I love their friendship, and your fanfiction has caused me to yell, "DON'T LEAVE HIM, KERMIT. YOU'RE BEST FRIENDS." In which my roommate had to come into my room and ask me if I was all right. Good times).

Aaaaanyyyywaaaaaayyyy.

You should really update this story. Really, really, really update it. ASAP.... Quite, quite.

I look forward to reading all your further installments!

Now, I've spent the past 2.5 hours of my life finishing up this story, so I should probably go work on homework now... :sympathy:

Ohhh right... that "homework" stuff... I oughta do that, too. Mm.

...ORRRR, I could open up this handy little document titled "purple heart," which most of you know as Heart of Gold because when I introduced it to YOU I had already come up with the real title, and see if I can't make SOME sort of progress...

Oh, the dilemma... the dilemma...
