Over the years i've collected He-Man, Action Man, M.A.S.K, Centurions, Simpsons, and mostly Transformers. I'm just starting a Muppet collection, and i also have some original MEGO Batman figures and vehicles.

Actually Quinn is right. I know this is all in good fun and understand that, but here in the UK, we hardly ever refer to Manhattan - it's always just New York City. That doesn't give me an excuse though because to the left of my PC is my video shelf with 'Muppets Take Manhattan' in big bold...

http://www.muppetcentral.com/news/2002/060402.shtml He kinda put his foot in his mouth when he inferred Dave Goelz is taking jobs from Disney in order to be kept 'sweet' and stay with the company. It gets worse after that when he infers the major reason Disney co-produces with Henson or uses...

Not a bad title - but a bit wordy. I didn't mind the frogs title but 'The Muppet Show - 25th Anniversary Collection' would have done just fine.

Point taken and noted - i shall forever more have a complex about spelling Manhattan - i'll send the therapy bill over ! :p

Can they do Sesame Street ? I would have thought Creation would have needed the rights to do that.

Surely they'd need to do knee jointed versions of any EM members they haven't yet because they'll need to sit down in the bus !

He seems unsettled, they must have played that episode of Dr Who on the plane where humans get coated with plastic and get turned into articulated dummies. ;)

Thanks Ken - have fun in China !

To be honest, i'm here for the Muppet fan community as a whole - many of the people here have become friends over the years and i'm here for them rather than to specifically support either site, although i enjoy all Muppet sites. I hope in the years to come more sites will launch and give us a...

Not as cute as you babe ! :p

*Gasp* How CAN you say that ? Bill Baretta was obviously nothing but a crush, he'll be mortified ! Seriously, the only thing i've heard from anyone about Swamp Years is 'Cute' - i think i'm gonna start betting on how many times the word 'cute' is used in the MC 'Swamp Years' reviews. I...

Gee - why doesn't everyone pick on the guy who doesn't even live in your wacky country and takes the 'U' letters out of most words to make it seem 'normal' to the Americans. I could give you guys some pretty funky Welsh city names and you wouldn't have a hope in he~ll of spelling them -...

Congratulations Ryan, that was really cool - that hair up Miss Piggy figure has scary eyes though, a bit like a posessed zombie. LOL ! Great work !!!!!

Lets hope for this site he actually does a proper job this time then. Last time he shilled us with a 'look at the press releases for five minutes and try to sound like an informed person' type article that didn't fool anyone.

I have a question for erm ... anyone who knows - do Palisades have the rights to produce Muppet action figures for the new Christmas Movie and the Upcoming Fox TV Show ? Thought thats quite interesting seeing as there would be plenty of new characters upcoming that could be included...

Cory, Have you even BEEN to the Muppet Usenet newsgroup which people are talking about here ? It's much more high brow and i would never say 'uneducated'. There's only been 3 posts about the action figures though since they were announced which is very interesting !

If it's March i definitely won't be there because that's one of my busiest months of the year and i've already made all kinds of legal agreements to work. Anytime in June would be a maybe for me. July to September would be easier for me to attend because they are quiet months. I wouldn't go...

After you've left your comments here at 'Muppet Central', for those interested in continuing the 'Swamp Years' discussion there is a chat tonight to discuss the movie immediately after it airs on Starz at 8pm. The chat is at the Toughpigs forum which is at...

A few people have mentioned the island for MTI - i can't see that being so great actually as a playset. I'd rather they had a go at doing the actual ship. It could have gunpowder kegs, canons, sails, and it could come with a Gonzo with arms made like the 'stretch armstrong' character so that...
