Usually if someone has complained that they haven't recieved merchandise or can get no contact reply from the recipient of the payment, and it is a fairly new account thats been created they might call some other people who have also dealt with the company to confirm they are indeed genuine and...

I am happy to report that Stan The Hamster often travelled WITHOUT CHARGE on the bus in his little yellow hamster house. It has been reported (by me) he was the recipient of many adoring looks from women passengers while riding, maybe even an offer of romance or two, although to his species and...

The campaign begins ! Like all readers must be, i was shocked, and saddened to read the above news when it broke today in the UK. It brought tears (well, almost) to my eyes thinking about poor little Nibbles Underwood, on a trip to his 83 year old Grandmothers house for the very first time...

Bus driver charges boy 10p fare for nibbles the Hamster A schoolboy who took his hamster on a bus journey to visit his grandmother was charged a 10p fare for the pet. Jordan Underwood, 10, from King's Heath, Northampton, was stunned when after paying his own 55p fare, the bus driver...

Y'know if any Muppet fan couples happen to have babies over the next couple of years, i'd put money that Ken will be the first choice name for a boy, and Palasadia for a girl.

Yeah some nice high quality shots from episodes of the Muppet Show might have been a good move for the calendars around the 25th anniversary year. It would have made a change, and they still wouldn't have gone to the costs of getting new photos done.

Sounds like Ken's got his eyes on the 'Chipmunks' license ! :D I saw the Micronauts comic yesterday, they are pretty funky.

My thoughts are welcome back Wolfy ! You have been missed !

I think it's cool to see such a broad spectrum of opinions on what was always going to be a project not to absolutely everybodies tastes, though it seems that many people have tried to find the best in it, and suceeded in finding some aspect they've liked. Jackies review had me laughing my rear...

I'd heard about this, and it's strange. Maybe the replica cover from last year was just an early sales mock up, or they started printing, and then Henson told them to change it. On the other hand, Austin Powers is obviously very popular right now so maybe they had the thought to just reprint...

Thanks Phillip, Grail, Nate, Cory, Supertulip, Emmy, Chris, Billy, Bluedreamer, Tom, Matt for the fab messages on the forum. Also thanks to others who sent me birthday emails and e-cards. All your cool birthday wishes are much appreciated indeed and made a great day even better. Sorry to...

Thanks Jamie, yeah i was thinking it might be a 'bus' type thing being worked out in advance as you say. I think he could still have stood to play the piano if he was like Homer, but yeah i understand there were other factors.

Yeah thats my point - i'm beginning to agree with Ken there. I saw the Teeth figure today which was pretty good overall, but i really wasn't happy with the lower torso. The T-joint for articulation between his legs needed so that each can move seperately IMHO looked ugly and really stuck out...

I was definitely thinking Jamie - i think he'd do a bang up job. Not only is he knowledgable on the figures so moderating, giving answers to FAQ's, and replying to emails would be easy, but he can also design and run websites (exactly what Palisades are looking for right now on their site) AND...

I was just reading back and i wanted to make clear when i made this comment i was talking specifically about small card and gift shops rather than just any store. I am actually of mixed views now on the articulated/unarticulated issue but am probably coming to look at PVC's a lot more...

Me too ! Y'know i try to persuade these big multinational media corporations to see things my way but Rivkin just doesn't take my calls - it's a crying shame ! :D BTW, you think you could work out Steve's Sprocket "Woof" from say Barettas ? That might make a good competition ! LOL

Arties right in some ways, these could be gold plated PVC's for $24.99 or $29.99 and they still aren't gonna sell. Further to that, the store won't even buy them in. At that price the main market would be collectors who are specifically looking for and being into PVC's so the maturer toy shop...

Maybe they could have 'Gold Members' of the club who also were assigned to be moderators and be the people to give out answers to frequently asked questions, maybe helping out at trade shows too. Actually, this does have quite a sales and PR advantage for Palisades - if you look at the amount...

Judging from the mass support and the kind of relationship Palisades has built up on this forum, i'd say they'd have to beat Muppet fans off with a stick to stop them volunteering to moderate a Palisades Muppet figures forum ! LOL ! I actually think Palisades having it's own forum, similar...
