It hardly seems like a year - i can remember what i was doing right now a year ago. Such a sorry day - lets hope things get better !

Re: Luke That kinda sounds phrophetic - i will eagerly hit refresh until the Penguin flashes me !

Hey Jamie I agree with you that there's pretty much no need for a non-flash version being as Flash is pretty standard nowdays, but i think it'd be a good idea if you tested if the user has Flash installed, on the main index page and divert them to a 'you need flash' page if not - right now it...

One thing that might be a good addition is to re-add the 'Listen Now' button/link for 'Muppet Central Radio' onto the main page - it helps to have it one click from first entering the site to the point where you are actually listening to it.

Yeah there are lots of new bits - Cindy's review of the new Muppet CD, a news piece from DW on Farscape. I gotta say, glad to see you did the random Muppet character coding for the main page Jamie - there are so many great characters that could pop up at any time - I've seen a Hoob in there...

Phillip, Jamie Wow - it looks excellent. The new design is top notch - i was never expecting themed displays for every area - they are all so fantastic (Electric Mayhem, Sesame, Pigs In Space and MTM ones are all breathtaking). That is just way cool and the graphics are top notch. Load...

oops sorry about that ! They have the Hoobs in Canada right ? Do they leave the VT's with the British kids in or re-shoot them with Canadian ones ? I've always seen the credits for a canadian production team at the end of the show and wondered what they do.

Yeah i agree with you Smig ! Teaming him up with Rosie on the 'cute' front wasn't their greatest move either !

**** - i think i just fell off my chair with laughter - i think you're right. You yanks always make our kids sound like the ones out of 'Village Of The D*mned' though, like in that Simpsons episode.

Hey GW, I agree the cartoon was great, though i found the sitcom easier to get into. Anyway the ALF DVD rights are being bought up by this company :- www.videoservicecorp.com and they are really nice people so if you drop them a line and mention the cartoon they might be interested.

This is great news - i've been hoping MC would be getting into competitions so this is fantastic. Hope i win one !

Good job you brought your hunting rifle though ..... shame it wasn't loaded ! :D

Congratulations Phillip and everybody who has helped make MC a big success. Also a big thanks to all weird people who came here by typing things like 'Pepe The Prawn Underwear Order Online' into search engines - your contribution is also gratefully acknoledged in it's own special way, sorry...

LOL Maybe - i have this theory that anyone who sounds like a crazed Muppet fan, and sends letters with a postmark of 'New York' or 'Hollywood' will likely get a quick reply - if everyone starts writing from those places you'll likely get an automated reply from Kermit :- "Hi Ho - We're out of...

Yeah but they email Jackie back just to make sure she isn't tempted to pop round to the offices and collect her reply in person - there are only so many homemade Muffins a muppeteer can eat y'know ! :D

Warrick :- Am i to take it no English language track ended up being added ? (oops - we both posted at same time). Thats a shame ! Cory :- You are gonna have to go to www.amazon.fr - English language Euro DVD's you can get from www.play.com They look superb and the extras are cool...

Yup, i think it's safe to say there was nearly a puddle on the floor when i read the news (ewww) - ALF fans having been waiting for DVD for ages now - petitions, emails, letters etc etc. I don't think it will be released internationally - the company who has bought the rights concentrates on...

Hmmmmmm - how much would it alarm you Cory if you found out you had been conversing with them for years here under anonymous guises ? ;)

Re: Carmen Miranda Tragically on occasion ...... yes it does !

Hey Guys, Thought i'd mention that ALF is (finally) coming to DVD on October 22nd in the USA. They are releasing 'The ALF Files' - three hour long specials (a christmas one, and two others that also incorporate lots of clips from the classic earlier episodes) as well as a commentary...
